I got a lobster roll it was horrible bland no seasoning at all I needed a seafood seasoning it was mayo and lobster no taste at all and was like $22 dollars Yuck!

I've been to this Panera 3 times and every time my order is wrong. The staff are incredibly nice, they always acknowledge my kids and talk to me about my order, make small talk. The restaurant is very clean but the layout is terrible.

Ignorance is Bliss --- I never seen a place so backwards. Service was blah. At 2pm on a regular business day .... it was JAMMED pack!.... Huh? 75% of customers it was their first time ever?!? Quick bite? What a joke. Lounge is more like it.... I can't wait till the hype fades

I came through drive-thru and my order was wrong. Not mad at them, they were busy. Went inside to get it corrected and Myles helped me. (Manager, don’t beat him up) Myles went over an beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even went so far to give me an Easter cookie for my son. Thank you Myles for making an okay experience an absolute joy. This is why I continue to come back to this store. I have been going to other Panera’s, and the service is not as good as this store. This is the prime example of good food and good service. Thank you again!

Great, fresh food. Nice variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, and pastries. prices ss can vary, with some good deals, but it can add up quickly if you're not careful.
My favorite place to go for breakfast, Their Ciabatta Sausage Egg and cheese sandwich is so yummy and with a cup of Panera coffee, absolute perfection. The bread truly makes the sandwich.
I'm not a big breakfast eater so this is all I need. ❤️

I made an order online today for a1pm pick up at the Dover, DE store. I need to make an adjustment & someone picks up the phone says NOTHING & just HANG UP!!! What kind of customer service is this???!!!!

This is the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. One time I was the only car in line in the drive thru and it took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and a drink. Thought maybe they were having a bad day. I am currently the third car in line and have been waiting for 20 minutes already. Don’t come here if you expect to get your food promptly.

Flies all over the place. I have gone to Panera all my life. This one has locked bathrooms, flies, no cups, and they are tremendously slow. The worst Panera I’ve ever been to.
