Ordered today via the app. We had some credits from the last time we ordered where it was delivered missing items with low quality.
Today was ON POINT! It was fresh and the soup was still pretty darn warm. All of our special requests were honored.
The cookies were fresh and very flavorful.
Delivery via Ashley was handled carefully and promptly.
Panera is crazy expensive ordering delivery, but, sometimes it’s absolutely worth it.

Went thru drive thru, slow service, shorted on my change, Harvest Medley salad was awful! Salad was small portion and not a single mandarin orange in it. The only thing good was Broccoli cheese soup.

Outstanding. We usually go to the Panera in Rehoboth which is sub standard at best. Dover Panera sandwiches and salads are 100 percent better than Rehoboth. fresher, not skimpy on the ingresdients. Additionally they get it right the first time. In Rehoboth we had to order our salads and go back three times as they could not get it right. Thanks Dover Panera, you will be our go to Panera.

I went here for a quick breakfast stop in the drive through. I ordered a Cinnamon crunch bagel. The bagel tastes good and better than Dunkin but the service was slow it took 15 minutes and it was only two cars in front of me.

Tell me why orders on their self checkout machines just steal your money? The transaction clearly went through and took the money the cashier wants to tell that the order is not there? Just ruining my day fr. Workers are really rude here
