They don’t have a warmer for their pizza. It just sits on a wire shelf until you come pickup. The pickup order time estimate is always faster than the app says so I can’t time to get there while it’s hot. Cold pizza, every time we order here. Ugh.

We ordered wings and the XXL pepperoni pizza, we got a call an hour plus after the the order was placed, and we were told they didn't have the wings and when door dash delivered the pizza they set it outside on the frozen ground, they didn't even knock on the door. The Pizza was cold and arrived 40 minutes after it was ready. I don't think I can recommend this Papa John's location to anyone. Why did they wait more than an hour to inform us that they didn't have any wings. I know why it's because they wanted us to keep the pizza order because we were hungry. And the Pizza was not even cooked right.

Take out or DoorDashing. Anytime I go in with a certain woman there, she seem mad and I get uncomfortable. I was DoorDashing and she was pissed. Slamming her fingers on the keyboard and screen and snappy at another delivery person. I ended up canceling the pick up cause it wasn't started and she was raging. I don't recommend to go there when she is there. Food still good. Just not her.

Edit: Why is she still working there after all the bad reviews? Bad hygiene, doesn't wash hands, no hair net, bad attitude. People not receiving their orders and if they do, it's not fully cooked or the ingredients looks spoiled. This pizza shop is a health hazard and I am surprised it's not shut down!

Went to pick up my order, saw the manager making pizza with no gloves, nails looked dirty and hair hanging down long with no hair net on. I left the order right there, just nasty. The manager said they’re not required to wear gloves, when I mentioned about the hair, the manager said whatever. Everything about the Manager looked dirty. I went to the store on 12 July 2025 approximately 4:30 pm.

I ordered at 8:12 PM (contactless delivery). At 9:20 PM, a driver showed up and rang the doorbell (for non contactless delivery) with the wrong order. I pointed out that the address on the box was not my address. He went back to his car and drove away without saying anything. I then called the store and spoke with Jay. He assured me that my order was with a different driver and that it would be there in 10-15 minutes, and to call him back if not. I waited 20 minutes and then called back. Jay asked me to look outside and see if it got dropped off (I knew it hadn’t because I had been continually checking, but I looked anyway). He then told me that he is just a shift supervisor and couldn’t do anything. I asked if he could at least remake the order and send it. He said ok but it won’t be contactless. I told him that it doesn’t really matter anymore because the first order was supposed to be contactless and the guy rang the doorbell and waited anyway. He said ok and hung up. An hour and a half later I called back again asking what is going on with my now 3 hour old order. He said that the original driver assured him it got dropped off, that his driver wouldn’t lie, and that I was wrong. I told him that I am positive that I do not have pizza and obviously the driver dropped off my order at the other house first or else he would have come back from his car with my order.

I did not get any pizza tonight. I can only leave a minimum of 1 star but not having any food at all and being accused of lying really deserves less than 1 star. This may be the worse service I have ever experienced.

Person on the phone is extremely rude, didn’t have any manners and repeatedly cut me off. Food took over an hour to get here and it was cold (they wait till orders pile up and then send them out) these people literally don’t care about their job whatsoever. I should’ve looked at the reviews
Also we paid for a 2 liter and they never brought it
