This is the only pizza shop in the area that will deliver to my house, now I have nothing. I was told that corporate is trying to push out the franchisee and take over the territory. My family and I would just like a Papa John's Pizza in preferably somebody that could actually deliver it to my house.

2 hours for a pizza and the response we get is they got 40 orders and didn’t have the drivers to deliver… website should say 40 mins and if they can’t change it they should call and say hey it’s gonna be 2 hours… I will not order hear again.

Ordered at 6:40 called at 7:40 to see the update on my order. They said it was just put in the oven. Called back 40 min later at 8:20 asking update they said food was just put in oven. So basically lied. I called back at 9:00 asking where my order was. They said they only had one driver and basically food is just sitting there. I can’t come get it which I would. I explained that they shouldn’t continue to take orders if they can’t fulfill the request. The lady was super rude from beginning yes I’m upset because it’s my sons birthday we are all hungry. If I got the refund would take 3-5 business days. So hungry and no money to ordered another order of pizza. So we just have to stay up and wait to eat. I recommended no one order from here! Very disappointed and very unprofessional. Never ordering from here again!!

I would have gave A.lower score, but they only have a one star. Me and my family waited 3 hours for a pizza. Delivery and we are only 5 minutes from the store. So I told them to keep it. And I Went to domino's

Ordered at 9:30 got an estimated 43 minutes. Watched the papa tracker and the food didn’t leave until 10:50. When I finally got the food it was cold.

We’ve always ordered pizza from here for years and haven’t had any issues. This is the second time we’ve order this month and the order has arrived over and hour past the estimated delivery time— making us wait up to 2 hours for our food. Food also arrived cold and those working didn’t seem to care.

This Papa John's has gone so far downhill. We used to order from this store quite often. Several months ago, we started getting pizzas that were doughy. I finally called to complain about it and was told they would remake the pizza. About an hour later, I called to find out where the pizza was and was told they're busy and will get it to me when they get it to me and hung up. I tried calling back, but was repeatedly hung up on. Eventually I called back and spoke with the manager. He told me that they didn't have a remake order for me and that they could do it, but it would take a while to get to me. Even though I already waited an hour for the original delivery, and another hour for a remake that never showed. I drove the doughy pizza to the store and showed the manager and he told me it's normal and if I don't want it to be doughy, I should order extra bake. Unacceptable.
We then decided to try one more time tonight. The delivery window was about 40-50 minutes. The pizza tracker showed it was finished baking and in preparing about 30 minutes before the delivery window where it sat and sat. I finally called a little after an hour and told them to cancel.

Online orders very slow. Expect an hour plus waits for delivery on random day
Ordered a pizza at 1236 and given a 40 minute wait time. Called at 130 and was left on hold then hung up on twice. Called again at 147 and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I drove over there walk in and the girl is on her phone sitting at the back table with the phones ringing non stop. I showed her I was on hold and she started looking at the phone like it was broken when it was clearly ringing. Then she swore up and done our pizza was delivered. Definitely do not ever recommend this store. It’s not the first time they’ve messed up. I won’t be ordering here any more

This Store needs to be CLOSED ! The workers are VERY rude, they told me my pizza was delivered and it was not then when called the workers hung up on me & my wife. We were not rude at any time. I drove to the store to speak with the manager but they told me he was not there ! I will be contacting the Cooperate

LEE who claimed he was the manager was very very rude and disrespectful. He would not give me his last name because he knew that he was wrong . They charged my credit card twice and did not deliver what i ordered and when i called to tell him the issue he was very rude and unprofessional and basically told me I was a liar and that I could not order from there anymore . I have my bank statements as proof . He should be fired and he definitely does not deserve the role as a manager. He is a very nasty individual. I'll would not recommend . I will definitely be contacting corporate!!!!

Like many places you have to order online in order to get a deal. That makes no sense when you're standing there with money in hand. The girl making the pizzas had a big cut on her finger and no gloves on.... won't be back EVER!!!!
