My wife came in between 6-7pm to pick up food and was told a 20-25 minute wait which ended up being 45 minutes of a wait. While my wife was waiting the two women were touching their faces (which is gross to do when handling food) and one of the women was picking their nose (also gross!). One of the girls had long pink nails, which is gross in the food industry to have long finger nails in the first place and the other had long braids. Their communication skills were poor especially over the food, as it sounded like their mouth was full or eating something while taking my wife’s order. They provided my wife with an attitude when she stated that she would be leaving a complain to the manager for her service last night between 6:00pm-7:00pm on 9/8/24 when she picked up our order. These two front staff that were taking orders needs to be replaced for their poor work ethic and unsatisfactory health conditions to the handling of food.

Ordered the same southwest wrap I always get but now it is half the size it used to be. Plus they charge you a processing fee of 3 dollars if you pay online, $1.19 processing fee if you pay with card in the restaurant. They have always been a bit expensive but it seems like they are finding every way to charge you more and give you less. THE REPLY BY PATS IS A LIE AND THEY KNOW IT.

Dietary restrictions: We’re seniors and like everyone our age.Salt and spices are things we have to stay away from.Your chefs are wonderful the food is not only delicious but it’s very appealing to the eye.This is our favorite new restaurant and they deliver it to the door..Thanks to the chef and staff.

Reported issue with food to manager Etsy & she became very angry when she was told a picture of the food is on line it was so bad I had to hang up on her. Never going back & telling my co workers who order from there all the time.
Tried their cheesesteak for the first time it was very good but unfortunately it was no meat half way on one end of the bun I was disappointed by that!

Ordered a chicken parm and roast beef sandwhich from the app. Was a fast delivery and all of our food was correct and delicious. Delivery guy was really nice. We order here a lot and always have a great experience.

Terrible service. Ordered food multiple times and every time they forget something. It's on the receipt. Does no one check the bags. I call to have someone meet me after making it all the way back home to viola and no help. They offer me a 2 liter. Here's the kicker. I don't drink soda. Will not eat here again. Thanks for ruining it for me.

Extremely disappointed as my kids and I waited 45min to get a call stating that my food couldn't be delivered as they claim they tried twice and kids were so called "waving guns" which I believe was a lie because no one does that here, the driver just did not want to deliver in the neighborhood in general even though there was not a soul outside... no one ever tried to call me as I could have met them if that were the case, terrible communication on that end....

Ordered delivery for lunch the elderly heavy set guy that delivered my food was quite unpleasant. My coworker and I were just like ok....someone crapped in his Wheaties this morning. Wish I had taken my tip back and that's awful to say but his demeanor was just unnecessary. Maybe a little training on customer service but you unleash people out in the world. SMH
First time trying this place. Great atmosphere, really nice inside and clean, including restrooms. The food was excellent! Our server, Bree, was a breath of fresh air, super friendly and informative and quick on her feet. I recommend trying it out if you are in the area. We will be back for sure.
Vegetarian options: They offer salads, wraps and they have a plant based burger!
Dietary restrictions: They have salads and wraps. Their homemade chips are so good and not greasy, good alternative to fries if you are "splurging".

Not happy with my portion size. Got a razor thin brisket cut in two. Looked nothing like the menu. Guy came to table just to say sorry they can replace it. You be the judge. Update .tasted it. Yuk. It had 12 pickles on it and 3 inches of coleslaw
