Not impressed. Fried fish was soggy and mushy. Oysters Rockefeller were cold and tasteless. No thank you!!

Always a Great meal!!!

Came in at 1030 on Saturday. Sat at the bar by myself and watched the football game. Finally after around 10 minutes the bartender asked me what I wanted to drink and handed me a menu. Currently 49 minutes later I am sitting here with said menu and an empty glass while she plays on her phone. Side note is that a young couple also sat at the bar. Currently they have been able to order drinks and food while I sit here with an open menu and empty drink. I promise I tip well so maybe I’m just ugly

Service was good but food was very very disappointing. Flounder was dry as was the crab imperial. Even the baked potatoes were overcooked. And market price for King crab legs was $75. I can get the same thing at other restaurants for under $40.

People were nice. Not the same quality of food served at casinos in AC.

Went there last night, we have been there 2 or 3 times now. My wife got the rotisserie chicken and I got the oyster stew and mussels fra diavolo. The former was good and I helped my wife eat half of it, thankfully (she's a light eater). But I wanted to share with you the mussels fra diavolo I got with you. It came with about 12 mussels in the shell, some were splintered, and after picking them out of the shells this is what I wound up with for $17. I mean, how much does linguini cost? I pointed this out to the waitress and she was polite. Even took a little bit off the bill. But the manager never came by. I put one shell back in for depth of the pic. I have had bigger side orders of spaghetti and this entree.

By far one of the worst meals I've ever had. Ordered N.Y. strip steak that was barely half an inch thick and of Lone Star or Outback (chain restaurant) quality. My wife ordered tuna, which she ordered medium rare, and arrived well done, grey-colored and greasy. Although she tried to eat it, one taste revealed that it was either previously frozen or leftover from the night before. The vegetables, smothered in garlic, were also inedible. Our server was accommodating and tried to remedy the situation by offering another entree. She ordered a simple house salad with salmon. The very small salad with salmon arrived looking like nothing special, but edible. One taste again presented a frozen taste, which was proven correct when she put her fork into the center of the salmon, showing a totally frozen center. Horrible, overpriced, and nothing at all like the Doc's restaurant that once occupied this space and offered edible seafood. Never again.

If you feel like being greeted by a host in a chef's costume only to be told to come back in an hour and a half (and wait 30 mins) only to find out that they're out of everything on one of the only 2 busy weekends out of the entire year (race weekend)...then this is the place for you! The new owners better get they're priorities in order because Micheles was the same story! Very disappointed, I expect to get what I paid for...I could've expected less than perfect (which shouldn't be) but this was worse than the "bad"places I've been too. Such a shame!

This opened on the site of a former seafood restaurant. Same setting, different take on the food. My wife had a Budda Bowl salad, blackberries, blueberries whole grains, peppers, grapes that was well made, she liked it a lot (12.95). She also had Shrimp Bisque that was excellent(6.95, bowl). I had smoked flounder, under glass, something new for me. I liked it; smoky flavor enhanced the mild flounder but the portion for a cheap fish like flounder was small(18.95). My friend had fish and chips (18.95). They made the French Fries extra crispy, just like he ordered. He was not happy with the amount of breading on the fish. His lady had Mussels (16.95) which she liked but she could not get any condiment that was not sweet, she likes spicy. We all split a Calamari appetizer (11.95) which was also extra crispy, as we requested. It served four comfortably. Since we were exploring a new restaurant, we also tried Mushroom Caps stuffed with sausage. (11.95) They tasted fine but at $3.00 each they were a bit pricey. Our drinks were good, the waitstaff were attentive. The Chef/Manager, John Flamer came to our table and talked to us for a while. He mentioned that they would be having different specials all the time and that the Berkshire pork ribs that were featured that night were awesome. He asked if I liked ribs, he said hold on I’ll let you taste them. He brought us a ¼ rack that gave us all a good sample. That was a class move on the part of a committed chef. We will go again. We all thought the prices were higher than most restaurants in North Dover, for these prices—at least in Dover- the food needs to be outstanding. I would recommend if you want some new and interesting dishes. They have not mastered spices. Way too much garlic on the Crostini and some things were almost bland.

Table was on casino floor, rather noisy. Shrimp cocktail was only 3 shrimp and was not fresh. Also had Steamed lobster tail with potatoes and corn. Corn was 3 very small pieces of cob and flavorless. Overall meal was disappointing.

WAY over priced for amount and quality of food. $30 rib eye was smaller than most breakfast steaks. You will notice a lack of customers, there's a good reason. Don't waste your money!

If Gordon Ramsay had eating here. He would have cursed out the chef.

This space used to be a very good seafood restaurant named Doc McGrogan's. It changed this year. The first thing I noticed was the change of the menu, much less adventurous with less variety. First the good: our waiter was a very attentive young man who deserves to work in a better restaurant. The Oysters Rockefeller were decent, not the best but tasty and they used huge oysters. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. The hush puppies weren't crisp and came dusted with powdered sugar which my daughter did not like. The oyster stew was a recipe I did not care for. Plenty of large oysters but in a stock that was too thick and clogged with an excessive amount of potatoes which gave it an unsatisfying texture. My daughter had the king crab. It was overcooked and tasteless, and at $75 market price (my fault for not asking) a complete ripoff. My wife had salmon, it was slightly overcooked and bland. The worst were the mussels fra diavolo. The mussels themselves were small and tasteless. I have never had tasteless mussels before. They were in what can only be described as mock tomato sauce - bright orange and watery, with no hint of spice or pepper. They would have been better off opening a can of Campbell's tomato soup instead. It was so thin it would not even stick to the tiny forkful of spaghetti they seem to have tossed in as an after thought. The food was so bad I almost feel violated.
