POLISENOS PIZZERIA DOVER LOCATION

I'm tired of giving them my money and they can't even get an order right. Don't waste your time ordering extra cheese because they steal your money. The only solution they had to nor giving extra cheese is just don't order it. this place has gone to SHT since new ownership.

I typically like the food but mainly order from Milford or Smyrna. I was craving a Buffalo chicken wrap after work so my husband got me one from Dover. Well when you unwrap the paper the whole wrap falls apart and there is wilted lettuce. I added cheese replaced the lettuce and air fried it so I wouldn't waste his money but darn I might as well got off work and cooked one myself. Disappointing and waste of money....for real.

Be careful their drivers are sketchy they steal money and have horrible attitudes. The management is not helpful at all.

3rd time receiving my food almost 1.5 hours after ordering it. (I’m a regular I love their pizza and continue to give them the benefit of the doubt) however no more. They charged my card without my permission because the cashier and the website gave FALSE and INACCURATE pricing on an item. I tried discussing this issue with the manager on the phone and she was rude and talked over me and continued to blame me for the mishap in the pricing. I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Got a cheesesteak. Wack. Barely any meat to fill up the sub. Asked for chopped onion and green peppers. Did not get that. Just a poor cheesesteak. Just get pizza.

We ordered from Dover location for delivery. I really like their chicken fingers and honey mustard but the last time I ordered it there wasn’t enough honey mustard so this time I asked for extra and told them I would pay for the extra, no problem. When it got here, they sent ZERO honey mustard and there were only 4 chicken fingers when there should be 5. The chicken cheesesteak has a good amount of meat but the garlic taste was overpowering, they must of seasoned it twice because the regular cheesesteak we ordered had no seasoning on the little bit of meat that there was on it. We also asked for toasted roll, which neither of them had, would not recommend either of these. The kids enjoyed the fries and pizza. Delivery time wasn’t bad but we ordered on a Wednesday night at 6:30. If we do order from here again, will only be for the pizza.

I'll never order from them again took 2 hours to deliver food and I told the driver I didn't want it I had to go out and get food they got poor service for delivery

First time I ever tried Poliseno's and ordered 2 large pizzas (plain and pepperoni). They were fresh, hot, delicious, and ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. The service was friendly, excellent and fast. The pricing was great. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for a great lunch!

Great Pizza. I’m from Jersey and it’s hard to find really good Pizza. I drive from Felton to Dover just to get real authentic pizza from them.

The food is good. The tall blonde lady who works there and takes orders has a disgusting attitude. She is terrible for business. I use to love poliseno but you couldn't pay me to eat at this one. The fact you can't order slices over the phone is dumb!!!! The one in cheswald is wayyyyyyyy better.
