POLISENOS PIZZERIA DOVER LOCATION

I called and placed my order for a delivery at 9pm. The delivery never came. After an hour, I called the store back to see why the delivery was delayed and the store was closed.

Ordered spaghetti, chicken parmigiana, and the polisenos pizza. Everything was so good.

Rude staff I genuinely didn’t even get to taste the food because of how rude the staff is.

Last order I had was cold. By the time they got to my house. Call back to the store she said oh well. Ask for manager and or the owner and the representative says no one's available. Have order from there many years never had a problem the one time I did. I get told oh well

Horrible customer service I was hung up twice after and the lady who answers got smart. I ordered a couple pizza at an hour an half before o called to check on my order and they didn’t ever send it I called again and receive attitude after my kids already was waiting an hour and half then asked to speak with a manager was hung up on then called again they lied and said the order was out then said it wasn’t and hung up again I ask for her name and the manger number she said with attitude a fake name and then said call tomorrow to talk to a manager and hung up most unprofessial food place I ever encountered

Placed an order on Friday night and orders a simple pizza at 10:25ish pm.
Asked to be there 15min which is fine. I was just lost due to wrong location. I got there at 10:50pm and the business was closed. Which the workers were at the door already about to leave. Which the store business closes at 11pm. Don’t understand why say you guys close at 11pm if these workers are rushed to leave before the closing time.

Pizza is always cheesy and hot. The dough is really good and soft. So far best wings I’ve had in the area.
