This Popeyes use to be good but now they are so short staffed and they just throwing anything in the bag. There food cost too much to be just throwing anything in the bag versus giving customers what they paid for. I ordered 12 ghost pepper wings and butterfly shrimp and EVERYHING WAS HARD and old when I got home. I want a refund and will be going to Dover Popeyes tomorrow. Ridiculous

I went to go pick up a shrimp taco box and they threw popcorn shrimp in the box instead of the regular sized shrimp and a bunch of nasty, cold fries and then when I tried to call, they just picked up the phone didn’t even say hello and hung up not worth the money!!

As most have said here. Dirty 'n Sticky. No napkins, had to ask. No ice, had to ask. Soda machine was out of a number of flavors. And as one said here. One had a turbine on and a long grey beard almost to the naval, no net. I wrote to the corporate and have not heard a thing back. Red beans 'n rice was tepid, need seasoning bad. Wait for the new on opening in Smyrna DE. in building process as of 2.16.24

I ordered and paid for 16-pieces of chicken. When I got home, I was only given 12 pieces. I called and spoke to the Manager about it and she was very nice and understanding. She told me to hold on to my receipt and she would put my name in the "book" to receive 12 pieces - not 4. She was giving me a 12 piece for the inconvenience of having been shorted 4 pieces. She said I could come any time to pick it up. 2 days later I went to get the 12 pieces, and the Manager (Indian male) told me he would only give me 4 pieces. I said no, and explained what the other Manager told me, and I told him to check the book. He left the counter and was hiding so I could not see him. He asked another employee to talk to me and then I was offered 6 pieces today and I could return the next day to get the other 6 pieces. I told the employee I wanted to talk to him, he refused to come out of hiding. I guess I was so persistent that he finally told the employee to give me my 12 pieces. This man does not belong in management; he is unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I will NEVER go to this Popeyes again.

Tried to order an 8 piece meal with fries. Was told I could not have fries with my order because fries are only available to customers who order through door dash. When I asked why that option wasn't available and I'm looking right at a fresh batch of fries that just came up associate just repeated previous statement. While trying to figure out what I may have wanted another associate stated outloud that "I'm about to clean the sandwich station whatever we don't have out they can't get and it's not my problem." To which I just thanked the cashier for her time and left. The place was hella chaotic and unorganized.
Multiple items not available and not told how long it will take for them to be ready. Person taking drive thru order had attitude. Was given a cold spicy chicken sandwich in the end.

I got the wings special. I got the garlic Parmesan flavor and it was delicious. The wings were crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I ordered through drive thru but had to go in for more ranch sauce because they only put two packs in the bag and I ordered 15 wings. Besides that I would go back and get the wings again. It was a hit.

The inside is a mess. I didn't get a picture of the one side because of employees standing in the dining area but there were bikes, cement bags, and more in a corner in the dining area. Dirty tables and soda area. all seasoning containers were empty. Food wise the 2 piece white chicken and Cajun fries were about the only good thing and what got them 3 stars. The pictures are of my friends chicken strips and supposed to be ghost pepper wings that didn't even have seasoning on it. The sweet tea tasted like water. Even the parking lot looked sketchy.
My fried chicken was cold and tasted reheated.
