I’ve always had good experiences here, but my visit last night was disappointing. We got into the restaurant and had to wait to be seated. There were numerous staff standing around and no one made any effort to come over to help up for a couple minutes. This probably should have been the first clue we should just leave.
I ordered the chimichanga de camarón and confirmed it by pointing to it on the menu when asked by the server. I also requested a water, which was never brought. When my food arrived, it was shrimp fajitas. I let the server, an older gentleman, know it wasn’t what I ordered, but he insisted it was and asked if I wanted it anyway. I said no, and he took the plate and my fork.
My corrected order was brought out quickly, though it seemed like it may have been the same dish repurposed. I still didn’t have a fork, and when my daughter asked for one, she was told I already had one and had to clarify that I didn’t. The server eventually came back, and I asked again for water which he brought after a lengthy delay.
When the bill came, I was charged twice for my entrée. My sister addressed it with staff, but they insisted the mistake was due to me confusing the server, they did end up taking the charge off of the bill but overall it seemed very shady. This was the first negative experience I’ve had here, and while I understand that mix-ups happen, I was disappointed to be charged extra and blamed for the miscommunication. The server was very rude and argumentative and I likely would not return.

The food was not that great at all. The taco salad was all meat and no salad, and was quite bland. The huevos rancheros were ok, nothing to rave about. Service was good. Restrooms were dirty.

We were there for the first time. We were seated and after 20 minutes I finally got up and went to the hostess to ask is anyone going to take our order. Finally after an additional 5 minutes someone came. The food was good but the service needs a lot of work it shouldn't take 25 minutes before someone even comes to take your drink order let alone your food order.

Small portions (left hungry), no sauce on the table, noisy. Chips are not fresh; second chips are $3.00. Service is not good too.

This used to be my favorite place until today. My family and I went there to celebrate my brother's birthday and I noticed a bug crawling around on my sister's food. My sister instantly got up and went to the staff and informed them that there's a bug in her food. The waiter then grabbed my sister's food and left, never told any of his staff or his manager what happened. I immediately told my children to stop eating their food. Sat and waited for 10 minutes, still no one came to our table to discuss what just happened. My dad goes back up to the counter and requested the manager to speak with him and she had the audacity to say it was just a beetle and she doesn't know how it got into the food. I'm sorry but there's no way that it was a beetle, it most definitely was a roach and she is trying to cover their asses! Never coming here again!!!

Was in town for work and the service was HORRIBLE! Waited more than 20 mins for someone to show up and take our order. Then, took more than 40 more minutes to get said food. We finally left. The hostess said it’s not her fault because they are understaffed. The waiter just never came back after explaining he was also working on the bar side. Also, no one could provide a Manager’s name or phone number. We will NOT return!
