This Restaurant is attached to a Wyndham Garden hotel, it should add 1 more star to the Hotels rating it is so good. A gentleman comes around to the tables and makes fresh Guacamole ( I suggest the large bowl with everything) Very impressed with this place.

Me, hubby and son visited here for my sons bday. First time visit and so glad we did. The food was so good. The fresh guacamole was so tasty. I ordered the street tacos chicken and my son ordered the steak street tacos. We were very happy with our meal and it was filling. My husband had a tender steak and gravy meal but I can't remember the name. He said it was delicious. The service was great. We came on a Monday evening and it wasn't crowded. We were seated right away. We are definitely coming back to try other options. And I hear their drinks are good too. Give them a try !!

I've been here twice. The first time I ordered the garlic shrimp which was average I would've like to have more flavor and sauce because it was almost completely dry. The second time I ordered tacos and my friend ordered spicy shrimp and they served our platters to us cold. When I informed the waitress when she came back she must've warmed it up in the microwave because she was back in 1 minute which was the fasted the entire time we were there. I would like the service to be way better. It's no reason we should be waiting 30-45minutes for food only to be served cold food.

My husband and I are trying to eat a more plant based diet. We decided to try Rancho Azteca. We went on a Friday night. The restaurant was crowded, but we waited only a few minutes for our booth. The service was great. The young man who prepared our guacamole tableside is awesome. It was absolutely delicious! Our waiter provided great service also. I had the #11 spinach quesadilla platter and my husband had the #3 pinto bean burrito platter. The spinach quesadilla was seasoned beautifully. The pinto bean enchilada that is part of the platter was equally delicious. My husband loved the flavor of his pinto bean burrito as well as the chalupa and rice that came with it. Everything was amazing!? We will definitely be back. There are a good selection of vegetarian dishes that we are looking forward to trying.

Tableside guac! Pick your size, pick your add ins...it's amazing and made fresh right in front of you! Service is good and so are the meals. Priced right, too.

Have been here several times. Food is pretty good. Wait staff not so much. Once the waiter brings you your drinks you never see them again until they decide to bring the bill. Wife have credit card info stolen here too. Someone there tried to order DoorDash but at least the bank blocked it. Fridays it is super loud in there with the mariachi band playing which is a nice touch from the 100's of other Mexican restaurants in Dover.
