The employees clearly hated their jobs - they were cold and short. I ordered a Frisco with no tomatoes (as noted on the order receipt) and still got tomatoes. The burger was clearly day old and not even reheated to lukewarm. I literally threw it away because it still had cold spots. The fries were soggy, barely warm and old. We were the only people in the drive thru line and we still have to park on the waiting area because apparentlyIt takes a lot of time to microwave a burger patty to lukewarm temp.

This Hardee's is ridiculous. Sign in the window says they start serving lunch at 10:30. Went to pick up food for my son at 10:35 and was told they don't start serving lunch until 11. I asked about the sign, they said oh we start serving lunch at 11:30. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich, got to the window, PAID, then was asked to pull up. There were NO other cars in line. At all. So I said no and got a refund. Hardee's is slow, overpriced, and the food is just average. The only reason I went to this one was convenience, but that's just not a good enough reason anymore.

Ate here for breakfast at 630am by myself. Property is clean and restaurant is clean but could use some detailedcleaning. Floor is a little sticky. Associates were very polite and professional. Food was brought to my table and was hot and fresh. The price was good for the amount of food in the platter. This was a decent experience. I would return.

I went through the drive thru to get a milkshake and onion rings. The service was good and fairly quick. The cost of the food was good. The chocolate milkshake was delicious! The onion rings had got cold in the few blocks before I got home, so I had to reheat them in a toaster oven. They were a little tough when I ate them, but the taste was good. I don't know about ambiance because I never left my car. I would definitely go back for another milkshake!

Drive thru is always slow even when no one is at the window. They take 3 minutes to say something after you say hello . I don't know how they are still in business

I usually go in the mornings and let me start of by saying that the staff is friendly and quick. My only issue is the quality of food. I usually get a chicken biscuit at Hardee's for breakfast and I enjoy it at other Hardee's but this one the biscuit is over cooked and chicken is not fresh. My coffee is always bitter. If I order only things there fine. I always always get the apple turnovers they are never fresh as well. Mind u I only go in the morning they shouldn't be an issue with their fried items. Everything else that's not fried is fine.

This Yelp app has been the most aweful and un- professional app once I get my FULL REFUND and the other one I'm waiting on I am deleting my account with these people. Everytime I order something through this app my food is NEVER RIGHT always cold and again NEVER MADE RIGHT but charge for everything than when you call and just try to get the food made right and get it out there they don't want to fix it or make sure we "the customer" "paying" at that gets the right stuff they don't want to do this service is TRASH DOORDASH or UBER EATS from here on out I see why they are super busy all the time because you people make it easy for them by all the bad business and want to do nothing to get it fixed

I can’t speak for all Hardee’s locations but the one on Bay Rd in Dover is great! Their customer service is just like Chic Fil-a if not better. They made a small mistake on my order which is understandable. Stuff happens. All I did was call up there and told them what happened and they apologized immediately and offered me an entire free meal. No interrogation..no skepticism..they took my name down and when I finally got a chance to go back a week later they remembered me! Elaina the manager personally took care of everything and her exact words were “No, thank you. You shouldn’t have had to come back for something you ordered in the first place.” Needless to say Hardee’s is my first choice from now on. Thanks Elaina for managing your store the right way
