Red Lobster

We had a reservation via Open Table for 7:00pm. On arrival at 6:45pm, we found a huge crowd waiting to be seated. When we presented out reservation, we were told that there would be 1 - 1.5 hour wait to be seated. When I questioned the wait time, as I had an actual reservation, we were informed that a lot of people had arrived before us and need to be seated before us, even though we had a reservation. This was highly disappointed, as I had planned a beautiful Valentine's evening with my wife. We decided to leave, cancel our reservation and moved to a different restaurant.

Worst day to ever go to red lobster. We had reservations and it still was over a hour wait to be seated. Food was cold. We never got served our alcoholic beverages because there was only one bartender for the entire restaurant on Valentine's Day. Absolutely horrible.

I haven’t had Red Lobster in years, so I figured it’d be a good idea to order some for lunch today. Boy, was I wrong. I’ve never had food this bad before. We ordered almost $200 worth of food and everyone’s meal was dry. The pasta I ordered was drier than my son’s knees. Those biscuits were so hard you could use them as rocks for a slingshot.
I’d recommend hiring a new cook, but I highly doubt someone actually cooked this food. It looked like it came straight out of Walmart’s frozen section.

Never been so disappointed in my life. Broccoli was brown on the Root & Bristles. The waitress , told me she didn’t cook it, she just served it. The 2 Lobster tails were water damaged& Soggy
