This has been the WORSE experience I have had at in years. We were seated at 330 and did not get the final plate until 6pm. Our 7 year old was being made fun of by the hostess in the front, bills were incorrect and managers were unprofessional and two of them looked like they were high with glassy eyes. Amber lied and her manager above her was unapologetic and unconcerned. My food was ordered medium rare amd it came out tough as leather.

The disrespect and lack of integrity that we experienced from the managers. Our 7 year old was made fun of. We were disrespected by the host which obviously is racist. Got our food 2hrs later with a 10% discount from the manager who came off as under the influence of some narcotic.

My husband and I was there on 4/27/24. He ordered the twin lobster tails dinner and I ordered the lobster linguine. When the food came out and I saw it, I knew it was lukewarm to cold because the cheese sauce was hardened, and my husband had the same with his pasta and the lobster was warm as well. Our server was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. She offered to heat it up. We just took our meal and left. It wasn't even crowded. I'm just done with it.

SO “BLESSED” GRATEFUL

Valentines meal disappointment!!! Received lobster linguine was watery, scallops on the skewer was good. Not enough sauce on the lobster linguini, asked for utensils received none. Extra butter received none so it’s low stars the food was very bland !UPDATE!!!Someone reached out asking me to get on facebook to provide details. HMMMMM lol I already provided it & I'm not on FACEBOOK but I have over 100,000 on GOOGLE REVIEW! MY ISSUE STILL STANDS! Go to another restaurant who appreciate their customers!

Tasteless Flatbread.One small piece of fish in fish and chips. Cool watery soup, again, tasteless. Lobster linguini, tasteless. The 4 of us vowed never to return. Restaurant needs refurbishing and a deep cleaning. Actually, it was filthy. Safe your money and ignore the place. Last visit before this was 17 years ago. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever return.Parking: Why so many people eat here is beyond me. Shared lot with Chinese buffet.

Update 3/8/2024: We've gone to this Red Lobster 4-5 times over the last year and it has been a downward spiral with tonight being the last straw. We got there at 8:45 p.m. and there was a 20 minute wait. Strange for a Friday, but fine. We waited and then were led through a dining room that was filthy with many tables empty but not yet cleaned. We then had to wait 15 minutes for our server. We ordered everything immediately because we knew it was going to be a minute. We got our drinks and biscuits 10 minutes later. Our food came out 15 minutes after that. We never received our salads. The food we did receive was just not that good overall. The crispy potatoes were not fully cooked. There was no cracker for the crab legs and there were no servers in our vicinity for a long, long time. Our steak was way over cooked and so was the broccoli. The shrimp scampi, like us, was especially salty tonight. When requesting a refill for the Ultimate Shrimp Feast, only one of the two items ordered were correct. We got to the point where we just wanted to leave. It was that bad and remember I gave them a 4-star review in my OG review. Our server was nice, but ineffective. It took over 30 minutes to be able to ask for a drink refill. We also never got more biscuits after making that request when requesting refills. It was just a really crumby experience from start to finish. Our dining experience lasted 2 hours. That's just ridiculous. We've decided we won't be going back to Red Lobster again. It was fun while it lasted.Original Review: It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster . I was pleasantly surprised with the food, service, and atmosphere. It's worth a trip, but it is expensive for what it is.

Our problem is that they were very short staffed and the wait time for our food was long. We felt very sorry for our waitress as she was very apologetic and did the best she could.

I love Red lobster. We have been here plenty of times but 2/24/2024 was the worst experience. It took 30 to get biscuits that were not fully cooked. The Clam chowder soup was cold. We sent it back 3 times and it came out cold every time. Real waist of over$100 last night.
