terrible service! stopped in on 3-05-23 for a quick lunch. ! Bus girl stops at the front, we ask if we need to wait for seating at the bar. she just looked at us, turned around and walked away. Never greeted, finally sat in the bar area. After several minutes, server comes out, asks how we're doing, walks away to never return. We left! Will never go back. Customer service is non-existent.
It's really a shame because the food is good but the staff is horrible. We waited forever for someone to come and ask us if we have been helped. when we said no, they finally got us a waitress. When she finally brought us our food she informed us that she had dropped one of the knives on the floor and asked if we wanted her to go get us another one. Went to RedRobin for the first and last time! They should be named Red Rob you! 15.99 for a burger that is smaller than a whopper. Was expecting at least a thick 8 oz butger cooked to order. The gourmet burger was not made to order and is cooked and served at 160 degrees which is well done! Crispy and burnt on the outside and dry in the inside!
