I gave the waitress $1 tip. That was too much. I stated very clearly from the beginning and made sure to let her know I was using the app to spend a certain amount and get something free. She disregarded it all!!!!!! An apology from the waitress doesn't foot the bill. Went from I'm coming back to never again (bartender).

The most disgustingly dirty establishment I have ever entered. Gas station bathroom, anyone? My chair was filthy. I had to wash it before sitting. The table had dried food on it. It, too, needed cleaning. Then, they brought us the high chair. No, I did not eatnor did I put my child in that chair. If their public spaces are this dirty, what does the kitchen look like? I am contacting public health. How is this place still in business? Dover is just full of people who don't care about even a surface level of cleanliness?

This was my second time visiting this place, the food was good both times and the staff were amazing. The lady who took my order not only remembered my name, but she also remembered what I ordered on my first visit 2 weeks prior.

It's a Red Robin. The food is the same as all the others, it's only the staff that makes this one worth visiting.

The food was pretty spectacular. We did go near closing, so they were cleaning the tables. We were apologetic, but they said it was fine. We asked for another drink before we were finished, but the waiter forgot for 15 minutes, and then when he was reminded, he proceeded to tell us they closed the machine now 6 mins before closing so he couldn't get us a drink. Then, when we went to leave, we saw several cockroaches on the floor. This is the second time with issues at this location. Will not be going back.

Nakalah (I think) was a wonderful server and did an excellent job taking care of us. The food was fantastic. However, while we were here (my 9 year old and i) there was a server who got mad at the bartenders boyfriend who was a paying customer at the bar. She kept threatening him to go on and step outside then her boyfriend is out side and will take care of him. She said it like 10 times and I was clear across the restaurant. Not lunch and a showwww 😳😅💁‍♀️
