Great experience! Went around 11:30 a.m., had a really nice waitress who checked on us multiple times, ordered an appetizer because I wasn't that hungry, and the appetizer looked like a entrée it came with so much! It was all delicious!

Spent $20 for a nothing special burger. Nothing to write home about. Service was so-so.I knew going in that the word “gourmet“ probably just meant spending too much for a cheeseburger. But figured I’d give it a try.I was right.

Ordered one burger and fries and with hardly anyone in the restaurant you would think the food would be out in 30 mins or less but I waited a whole 55 mins. Not sure why it takes a hour with barely any customers for one item.
It's been a long time since I have been to a Red Robin and it's been too long since I've enjoyed a Banzai burger. The menu still has it listed and it says it's been improved EXCELLENT! Alas readers it was not to be maybe it's been too long for it to live up to the memory or maybe my tastes have changed but the beef was perfectly cooked and totally flavorless the pineapple ring was tough and fibrous and the teriyaki glaze was watery and bland. I fear the efforts to cut costs in today's trying times have perhaps found their limits, or at the very least mine.

I am not even going to bother going into details of service or atmosphere. It was a nearly empty red robin at 11:30 in the morning. The service was not bad, not great. I ordered the burnt ends fries appetizer special. There were five small to medium sized pieces of meat. A plate of fries, with a drizzle of two different sauces and five small pieces of meat. $14There could not have been 2oz of meat.Red Robin, who hurt you?

Been going to RR for years and the food quality is usually fairly consistent. However, tonight I had the worst burger I have ever had at RR. I ordered the Bonsai burger medium well and it was beyond well done. It had a weird taste like it wasn’t fresh that made it very unenjoyable and the pineapple slice was so thick I couldn’t take a bite. Not to mention the pineapple slice still had pieces of the outer bark on it. The whole thing fell apart when I tried to eat it. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be going back to RR anytime soon.

This is why you shouldn't go to Red Robin. First, we ordered food and the server gave us the wrong item. We received boneless wings when we asked for bone-in wings. We didn't say anything and just tried to have a good time. But then we received two burgers that must have been rotten. By the time we were driving home, my daughter was complaining that she was sick. As soon as we got inside the house, she threw up everything she ate. My husband that ate some of her burger threw up as well. My older daughter that ordered a burger had diarrhea. I had ordered a fish sandwich and did not get sick. Considering I was the only one who did not get sick, it must have been rotten burger meat that my family was served. Don't eat the burgers at Red Robin or you will be sick! We will not be returning.

Food was not good, couldn't finish anything but the pretzel bites. Cups and utensils were dirty. Host couldn't figure out where to seat us even though their weren't 5 cars in the parking lot. Waitress had the temperament of a snapping turtle.
We ordered 2 shakes(1 malt) and 2 freckled lemonade and some food on door dash, and they sent us 1 shake, from lemonade and the food, plus 2 slices of cake. Like how did we go from 2 lemonade drinks to 1 drink and 2 cakes? And no malt. Do better, and to those jack offs who say " but you got cake out of it" I didn't want the cake I wanted the drinks we got stiffed on. And put Doordaah refund was 5 dollars for the 2 missing drinks which was almost 20 dollars. Thanks for nothing

For future customers teach your servers which beers are which. I ordered a Fat Tire draft, which is an amber color, and was brought a pale IPA. I drank it because the male server insisted, rather aggressively and incorrectly, it was a Fat Tire. Won't be back, jack.

When my family is feeling like a good burger and bottomless fries we come here. We love their onion rings tower appetizer and the whiskey burger entree. The salad choices are good and very large. The chicken sandwich choices are my new favorite and the bottomless fries make it even
Kid-friendliness: They had chalkboards of various kinds for the kids and adults alike. The only drawback on that is the eraser blows chalk dust everywhere.

Friendly staff. Food was really good. I had a Royal Robin, the one with the egg. Is it the greatest burger I ever had? No. But it's a lot better than most of the places around here. And a huge plus is the kid friendly washrooms!Kid-friendliness: They have kid-level sinks!
