Fantastic. FANTASTIC SERVICE. kaylee was a 10/10 on the service highly recommended her as a concrete maker it was a delightful experience if i do say so myself.

These folks could show DQ a thing or two about how many toppings to mix in their ice cream. Top to bottom of my concrete was awesome!

Went there to try the pumpkin frozen coffee that just came out yesterday. They have advertisements for it all outside of the building. When I order it the girl seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about. When I repeated myself she said “oh….we are out of the pumpkin flavor.” The one that just came out…the day before…I just said ok and left.

The custard is delicious,staff is friendly and courteous...The location however but the greatest, it's at a busy intersection

Uugg, went today 7-21-24 and the white lil girl was so nasty, not to mention they have cleaning products on top of the ices, I asked the girl is the cleaning products supposed to be on the ices and she said “yea”, I then asked do they clean the insides with the freezers when there are ices in there and she said “duh” I walked away, no wonder I felt so sick the last time, the counters are dirty and there is mold on the counters as well. Stay away from dover Rita’s. I’m gonna speak with my attorney about this!!

Their vanilla frozen custard is so so so good. I wish they had seats but other than that their Italian ice and custard is delicious.

I came there today around 4:30 pm with my family and the kids small custards on a cone she made correctly. However, my cone as much as they cost she put the smallest amount of custard she possibly could on the cone and I know she heard me stating repeatedly that she did not give me what I paid for and she ignored me. The two girls that were in line before me she made their cones correctly they also had small custards on cones. She intentionally didn't make my custard correctly and I will not be returning to this Rita's. She should have fixed her error. It's too expensive not to receive what you pay for.

I am not sure how this store has a 4.5 star. Everytime I visit this location it's something. Either low on flavors, long wait times but tonight there was no large cups! Then I asked for compensation and the manager (black girl, glasses with long braids) just flat out says no. The customer service is terrible. Then it's workers in there but only one person doing orders. At the last hour someone jumps in to help. I'll drive to Milford before I go back to this location!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… me and my family came to get water ice and left with anger. The little black girl with braces is so disrespectful she needs to be fired. She has no customer service at all. My mom asked if she could take our order and she replied “I’m standing her aren’t i” plain disrespectful. No home training what so ever. Never coming back.

Rita's is an East Coast staple, and every time I am in the area, I make a point to go there.
