There are very few good places in Dover. But this is one of them. I’ve never been disappointed. I love the food, staff and owners. I’ve been here many times and always feel at home. Great bar as well!

Went to Roma 2 x, each time spending $150-$200 between 4 people. Sat. Nite 1-10-25 was our 2nd time. We had fish, chicken and eggplant parm. Everything was really good except the eggplant parm which was rubbery. Never had such bad eggplant parm. Told my waiter who said he would let the chef know. He should reimbursed me for my dinner but did not. We won't be going back.

Great from start to finish. Our waiters name was Jarrett. Professional, fun, accommodating and on top of things . He read our minds and was a step ahead of us the entire evening. I chose angel hair pasta with clams and white wine sauce . He allowed me to ,”Make it my own” and by the time I was done with my request, we had black olives , fresh asparagus , and tomatoes added. When he took the order back to the chef , he came back to the table within minutes . Instead of a denial, the chef wanted to know if I wanted diced tomatoes or sun dried! I chose diced . OMG …… delicious . He brought the owner out to meet us and she was cool too! Very kind and appreciative of our business . Three of us in my party and ALL of us walked out with smiles on our faces . We were stuffed , but ordered dessert to take home . What a terrific night . Roma ( and Jarrett) you out-did yourselves . Thank you .

Wow this place is 10/10. We came here after Homestead Gardens and every dish was delicious. We had ceasar salad, mac and cheese, pasta and pizza. The bread is exceptional. A must try and they were packed for good reason.

The cook has a heavy hand with the salt. Calamari appetizer , and pasta very salty.

After passing by this spot countless times, I finally stopped in—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I stepped through the door, the cozy, old-school ambiance set the tone for a memorable meal. Our server, Jarret, was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which made our first visit even more enjoyable. The food? Absolutely delicious. The fresh salad, generously topped with chunks of cheese, was a refreshing start. But the standout was the eggplant parmigiana—rich, flavorful, and so authentic it tasted like it came straight from a kitchen in Italy. If you're in the area and craving classic Italian comfort food, this place is well worth the visit!
