Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. First we were never advised that the main restaurant was closed on Sundays. We were placed in the lounge with a very limited menu. The waitress was nice and attentive but she didn't have what she needed in the lounge. The shrimp was good but the soup was average. The chicken and mashed potatoes were terrible. We ordered roast chicken and it looked and tasted like it was boiled and then quickly seared in the oven. Virtually inedible. T*he broccoli was ok.

It was great! The inside was very clean, very elegant inside. Our server was really attentive and funny!

If you want to relax and get a break from the casino noise this is the place to go. Everything, from the salad, french onion soup to the shrimp and fresh crab legs, were perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and professional .

unfortunately, my meal was not good at all. I got the wedge salad and the lettuce was brown, I got the tomahawk pork chop, and it was overdone and dry.

Excellent Customer Service from The Host greeting to the bill settlement. The wait staff was absolutely amazing!

Food outstanding, Kenny made it like we were the only ones there! Impeccable service! Scallops on a bed of tiny sweet potatoes was just wonderful!

Always a pleasure to dine here. We do dine on the earlier side, find the food service and drinks to be exceptional .

I really expected more..we came in and were seated right away..unfortunately we sat for around 10 to 15 minutes before the server approached us..so didn't start great but was willing to let it go..then we ordered drinks..well that was also delayed..around 10 to 15 minutes..the restaurant was not busy at all looked like 4 tables at most were occupied. the appetizer arrived around the same time..the wine we ordered was warm so the server upgraded us the a chilled wine that was available..after all that I decided to pay and skip the entree..very unfortunate. We were really looking forward to a fine experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by our dining experience at Royal Prime Steakhouse and would definitely return. My husband and I both ordered the Wednesday Prime Rib Special, which included two sides: mashed potatoes and broccoli. and was priced at $40 per person. Warm rolls and butter were complimentary and brought in a basket to the table. Although we were generally pleased with the Prime Rib Special, both my husband and I felt that the meat was lacking in flavor for what is supposed to be a "prime" cut of beef. However, the portion sizes were generous and cooked to our specifications. The restaurant has a decent selection of wines by the glass, and we received nice, generous pours in the two glasses we ordered. Our server was Cam, and he was professional, polite, efficient, and friendly without being overbearing. Should you visit the restaurant for dinner other than for the fixed price Wednesday Prime Rib Special, be prepared for sticker shock, as ALL menu items are à la carte and run at the higher end of the price scale. The prices listed for the main beef dishes and even the side dishes to accompany the mains are understandable, high, but understandable. However, the prices listed for the appetizers, soups, and salads are ludicrous.

The waitress was incredible and the food was good. The was slightly below my preferred temperate when it arrived at the table. The ambiance was very good. It is definitely worth a return visit.

Royal Prime is a phenomenal steakhouse. The first time we went we were truly surprised at how good it was and we had to go back. We were lucky enough to have Kenny as our server both times and will definitely be asking for him every time. The food and service are incredible.

We ordered a salmon dinner and a shrimp dinner. The salmon was dry and overcooked, 6 small shrimp for $37. It took over half an hour for the food to come out. The server was very slow. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 8 other couples in the entire restaurant. I have been there previously, and it has always been good, so this really surprised me. I don't know if they have new management or what is going on but I won't be going back.

Ordered the salmon and unfortunately it could not be cooked plain for dietary reasons. The salmon was already prepped with salt and lots of seasonings. This was disappointing for a high end restaurant. However the NY strip steak was wonderful as was the rest of the meal
