Do me a favor Sam's Club I noticed on everyone that had something negative to say they got the same response which I'm sure is just being generated. Used to be you had to be a member of Sam's Club to walk through the door. Now your Pharmacy your restaurant anybody can walk in. You have homeless people coming in stealing and then you have them following your customers your members who pay to come there out to their cars and asking for stuff and money. You need to fix this and go back to you have to be a member to walk through the door. It would fix your stealing problem and would make your customers feel safer. It's happened multiple times and I've watched that they only come up to women. maybe it's time you get a golf cart and you have somebody that patrols your parking lot but single women shopping who are actual members should not have to keep dealing with this and being stalked by the homeless that are all the way around your building camped out.

The Bakery did a beautiful job on my Mom’s Heavenly birthday cake, from placing the order, the young lady that helped me and took the time to take my order, she was very professional, to picking up the cake. We love the cake and would definitely go back again.

I like the place but check your receipt before you leave because they charged me twice for an item and this is not the first time this has happened. The checkers at the door missed the over charge too as they only check just a couple items. This cost me an extra $8.94 and I will have to return to the store and fight with them to get reimbursed which I so look forward to.

Staff appropriately. Offer appointments and walk-in service for Tire and Battery Centers. Staff Tire centers with enough techs to end the chronic 1-2 week wait for tire installation. 5 bays, never enough techs to man more than 4, usually 2 or 3, always booked out, always the same response" we're catching up with the sale" even when I made the appointment before the big sale and there's always some tire sale going on. Appointments for tire repairs? Are you kidding me?

Shocked by the level of rudeness and laziness exhibited by multiple employees over multiple visits. Most recently, visited to purchase a dehumidifier. Had 4 employees tell us the item was out of stock without even looking or doing a stock check. They blew us off when we said we were there the day before and had seen plenty but they had been moved. Were told “they must have been shipped backâ€. After being able to place an online order for immediate in store pickup, I called the service desk only to learn there were 8 in stock. “I don't know who you talked to, but they lied to youâ€. Exact words. Unbelievable.
I have been to Sam's club twice this week. I bought a rotisserie chicken brought it home it was not cooked all the way through. took some pictures of the chicken back to Sam's Club they refunded by giving me a new chicken. I brought it home yesterday and today I cut it and it is not cooked all the way through again. don't know what's going on with the Partman that handles the rotisserie chickens but it stinks. I am a business owner and plus member I spend about $12k a year at the SAMs club store in Dover Delaware and have for over 20 years, I will never go to this SAMs again until the women who worked the door on Saturday March 3, 2018 is fired! I had 2 carts and a flat bed, and my 3 kids w me to help push the carts. We had used the SAMs club app Scan and Go to purchase our stuff, w/o ever even checking our carts the women at the door pulled us to the side and called over another w

I made an appointment on Saturday to have 2 tires installed on my car. The guy at the auto counter said he would take the tires to the back and have them ready for me. The appointment was at 9 a.m. Tuesday. I waited at the counter and about 9:10 the phone rang. Someone came up to the counter to answer the call. I explained I had an appointment. I explained that the tires were in the back ready to be installed - no tires in the back. I had to go through the whole ordeal
