Took my money and refused to give me product. Broke there own refund policy and delaware consumer legislation has been informed this company management are thieves and will steal your money then blame you for it

Place order from wrong state tried to get refund. was denied and blamed and cursed out. i even sent a picture of there refund policy to the manager. area manager sent me a email detailing that I was wrong because i wasted food but then offered to remake the food after throwing it away management instigated a whole thing just to try and steal 50 $ frome me with out giving me product even though I showed them there refund policy.

5 STARS for EVERYTHING ...Sauce to the edge, perfect cheeze to the edge , thin crispy tasty dough IT WAS DELICIOUS .. it's even sold by the slice. The restaurant was clean n inviting with an extensive menu. I was running late from errands and needed to run in for a slice for the drive home to maryland b4 dark BUT NOW SEASON PIZZA is my go too treat , every time I am in Dover. I am thrilled I found this place. The owners and the young man filling orders and running the pizza oven, were the cherry on the top... as they were kind, professional , friendly and attentive . SEASONS PIZZA is located next to BEST BUY who by the way is who sent me to SEASONS PIZZA .. the employees at BEST BUY told me SEASONS had great pizza. ty ty SEASONS for your kindness and delicious pizza and GOD bless your busness and all who work there.

I absolutely love Seasons Pizza, and I was so excited when I found a location in Dover. The previous locations I would go to were in Wilmington. I ordered baked ziti and was beyond disappointed. There was NO flavor, and the noodles were very overcooked. I love so many items at Seasons, and this was very disappointing. Their staff member was friendly.

Just ordered a lrg 14" pizza, and wings with celery sticks. Not only did I have pay extra for the celery sticks but they were so skinny and cut from the top of the celery and only 4 skinny sticks, The pizza looked small so I measured it and it was a medium 12" size I called to complain they sent me another lrg out but when I got it, again a medium 12" So I called again was told they cant do nothing about it to call corperate and that is the size there Lrg size pizzas being sent. So in other words this franchise is charging you for a Lrg pizza that is $14.95 but there only giving you Medium pies that are $12.95 they are ripping there customers off!
Service here was excellent. Only complaint I have is my seaso bite were not all fresh... beside that.. it was a very nice dining with the family..

I didn’t receive items I order I called to complain and I was told I couldn’t get a refund that I could only get replacement items when I order again , I’m ordering today and now they say they can’t give me the items was missing , them $20 I didn’t get back and two orders of mozzarella stick I didn’t receive. Horrible customer service and horrible on taking accountability DO NOT ORDER HERE …. So many other pizza stops

Warning, all sales are final. Ordered a calzone over the phone. Asked for no sauce. Calzone came full with sauce. Called back and asked for a replacement or refund. Staff were either unwilling or unable to figure out how to send out another calzone with no sauce, or provide a refund. Hopefully you receive the items you order as there are no exchanges or refunds allowed apparently.
