Warning, all sales are final. Ordered a calzone over the phone. Asked for no sauce. Calzone came full with sauce. Called back and asked for a replacement or refund. Staff were either unwilling or unable to figure out how to send out another calzone with no sauce, or provide a refund. Hopefully you receive the items you order as there are no exchanges or refunds allowed apparently.

They're pretty good. The only dislike I have is that I have to buy extra sides of hotsauce for my wings because they legitimately barely put any on. It's more like hot flavored wings, versus traditional wings half drowning in hot sauce lol. I have got it with legit NO sauce in the container but the wings/wing bites tasted as if they had possibly tossed them in it. They should fix that IMO. But it is the better of pizza places I've had so far in Kent County.
I love their pizza and they have so much more choices on the menu.

Seasons Pizza is my go to place for a fresh salad. I don’t like bagged lettuce or the mixed greens so many establishments use these days. I can always count on crisp romaine along with other fresh veggies in my salad at Seasons Pizza.

I ordered contactless pizza for delivery at the Dover location I noticed the food was taking a longer than expected I contacted the store the man who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional yelling and going back forth with me telling me I did not order contactless refuse to give me his name referred to himselfas "Santa claus" called me a black b****I toldHim he was being recorded him he said he didn't give a f** Call corp"Never have I ever been so disrespected by any establishment the driver Jim needs to be fired well as I'm on the phone with a girl at Bear location because they refuse to give me corp info the driver pulls up waving the receipt in my face saying I didn't order contactless refused to give me my food and drove off! I spoke with the GM from another location she showed lack of empathy and support said she can't do anything about another store .I see exactly why their employees think they can talk down to customer I will never go back

You go there to be served well with great food and fair prices...The only issue is they tend to close early do come about an hour before clpsing....you won't be disappointed.

We ordered delivery from Seasons last night for the first time. We very much enjoyed our food! It was delivered fast and fresh. We had the Chicago-style stromboli, mozzarella sticks and lemon pepper wings. Mozzarella sticks were crispy and gooey. The stromboli was the star of the show - it was stuffed to the max and very delicious! We especially enjoyed the tasty side of tomato sauce. The wings were cooked better than any place around here and were crispy and juicy. My one suggestion is that perhaps use less lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. There was so much that it was overpowering and we had to scrape off a good bit in order to enjoy them. Next time we order, we will be sure to request a lighter coating of seasoning. Overall, we were very happy with our order and will definitely place another order in the near future!
The pizza sauce is absolutely the worst I've ever had. It taste like your eating tomato paste out of the can. Extremely acidic and very little seasoning if any at all. Ordered Pan pizza and it's less then 1/2 inch thick, that's not a pan pizza. Ordered a chopped anti salad with blue cheese. It comes unchopped and with Italian dressing. Think twice before ordering here.

Stromboli was AWFUL idk who’s in the back cookin but they need to take lessons, or go see how the other seasons pizzas or other pizza places make a Stromboli, because this was a pitiful I WONT be back I came home, cut it open and put more cheese in it. Spread out the bacon and made it look like a real Stromboli and cooked it longer. It needed to be cooked longer. This is crazy.

I love Seasons Baked Ziti with extra sauce. I always request my ziti to be baked well down. Excellent service and friendly staff. Managers Mike and Tonya are great! Very nice atmosphere. Always clean. Seasons also has delicious strawberry cheesecake. This is my new favorite pasta restaurant.
