The sub was ok. The meat was not cold and my tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh. I also noticed the guy making the sub had on the same gloves making sandwiches and taking money and ringing up customers that is very unsanitary.

Young white female and male with brown hair talk badly about customers. Bad customer service and long wait while they talk about their personal problems loudly. Place is rundown but food is alright

Delivery driver stayed in touch to acknowledge delayed delivery, which, no problem! It’s a miserable, rainy Saturday! I totally get it! I appreciate the communication most places don’t give unless you call to complain. Showed a complete respect for my time and business honestly! Cheesesteak was great! The absolutely understood the assignment on my order for the cheesesteak! I was however, largely disappointed on the wing side of my order however. If I order 12 wings, and only 2 come as drums… meh. There are pros and cons to both. I feel my order got a “whatever” which is not ok personally. But that may be just me, opposed to “flats” people. Just wish the order was more balanced.

So I normally don’t have any issues with this place, their food is usually always good and good quality. And just an fyi I just ordered here last week and got a jumbo cheesesteak and had no issue. I ordered a Jumbo cheeseburger sub, and just got home to eat and not only did i notice but my 2 teenagers noticed where is the meat ?????? It looked like they chopped up maybe 2 burger patties, and spread it out through the jumbo cheeseburger sub, For a place that normally piles up there sandwiches this was unusual. So i said let me call and ask them. The lady said she wrapped the sandwich up and it had plenty of meat of course it did. Then she says let me get my other manager, who barerly speaks english. And says there was a pound of meat put on the sandwich. Well obviously if it was a pound of meat put on the sandwich I wouldn’t be calling and asking where is the meat???? Instead of taking accountability and fixing the problem, the store manager wanted to argue, My husband said we will not be ordering from here again and hung up. Why are you arguing with a customer for one. A Jumbo shouldn’t have the same amount of meat as a large . It was just a bunch of bread, It really seems like they are trying to stretch their meat since everything is pricey these days.

Thus is my favorite place to go and get a cheesesteak. The best cheesesteak in Delaware the best. Cooked in front of you and the steak is real rib eye I think. The best in Delaware. No cap

Simaron is a staple of Dover. The food is excellent and the service is without flaw.

The folks working there are all incredibly friendly and I enjoy chatting with them every time I stop in for food.

They also have what I believe to be the best pizza in Dover.

Food was very good and hot . My delivery driver was very nice and took my dog jumping on her in stride. My dog is very friendly. Everything was tasty and fresh. Making this place my new go to place.
