There was an older black lady and a young black male working the station. Before going to the counter I asked my toddler if he wanted a cake pop. I ordered for me and my son but ended up getting a muffin instead of the cake pop and the loud black older lady working the register gave me attitude because she thought I didn’t get my son anything. It was super weird and uncalled for. I told her the muffin I got was for my son and that he doesn’t like the cake pops. She was so infatuated about the cake pop she forgot to ring up my drink I ordered. When I told them I ordered a drink the male and female laughed and said “I was trynna figure out why she was still standing here”. The whole encounter was unnecessary and I haven’t been back to that Starbucks since.

This is not a complaint. I love grocery shopping and words. I’ve never seen aisle signs labeled like this and I’m curious about why they’re labeled like this?

Please let go of the heavyset women that’s always wearing the Wu-Tang shirt from the Starbucks inside the Safeway. Very unprofessional, seriously your at work, not New Street!!!

this store has some serious staffing problems. one check out and no one at times for self check out. customers waiting for self check while those at self check wait for an attendant. will shop elseware
