Absolutely insane customer service. The amount of money I spend here each year is wild. Yet, today I forgot to fill my water before leaving work so I swung in and asked for a small cup of ice water, and offered to pay for the cup or whatever. But was told they couldn’t serve me ice water unless I made a purchase. Absolutely crazy.

Today is 06/12/2025. The elderly woman at the windows was unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude. I haven't been to Starbucks in a looooooong time but I really y want3d a strawberry frap. I guess I won't be back again for a long time thanks to a poor hiring decision.

This morning, I experienced exceptional customer service from Siheta, and I would like to extend my gratitude. She consistently greets me at this Starbucks with a warm smile and a positive attitude. After receiving a shaken espresso that did not meet standards from another Starbucks, I went to this shop and Siheta prepared an excellent replacement. Thank you very much.

I, the only person in line, waited several minutes and had no service. I started to leave so that I could go through the drive-thru line as that line was being serviced. The manager saw me leaving and called me back. I told her that I could go in the drive-thru. She promptly took my order and comped me the drink b/c I had waited awhile. I told her that wasn't necessary but I appreciated it. She even smiled during the whole encounter.

I am a frequent user of the drive up window of Starbucks. This particular location is notable for the friendliness of their servers. The food at Starbucks is the same at all locations..but the servers are what sets one apart from another.
