Hello! I've been going to this starbucks & the up further north for a few years now, and wanted to say thank you with a BIG shoutout to the teammate Kelvin. He always makes customers so welcomed and adds a special touch like the photo below. It makes a world of difference, when the world has rough days. You never know what people are dealing with & they always know how to be generous. Thanks a latte! Haha.
This is a lovely location. They always get the orders spot on. This location seems a little on the slow side but I think I can wait a little longer fir the correct order. My orders are generally simple, such as iced coffee with liquid syrup and it will still take a while.
I've had some bad experiences but overall, it's been good. My only issue is that there is someone in, around, or near this store who has been hacking into my cars dashboard screen/computer and attempting to access my phone through the Bluetooth connection. It started off "innocent" enough to where they were clicking around my navigation and changing my music. But recently, they tried to access my phone data with which my car did not allow.
