I visited this location on 06/25/25 around 1 PM and the older heavyset hispanic lady was rude and made my experience very unpleasant. I asked for my drink to be remade after she prepared it incorrectly and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She also ignored me after I loudly said excuse me almost five times. She then proceeded to make a sly remark. Remember, this was due to her own mistake. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but there’s no need to take it out on innocent guests. Especially ones that treat you with respect. The other young girl she was working with was a delight.

I got a matcha latte with almond milk and brown sugar she literally put whole milk and forgot the brown sugar, she sucked and ruined day

Both drinks we got had a horrible aftertaste, I get the caramel crunch often at other starbucks locqtionw so I know what It tastes like, go somewhere else.

Got the entire drink wrong. Asked for strawberry açaí lemonade with no berries and add apple juice. I got a strawberry açaí refresher with berries and peach juice. Customer service was trash. I knew when he didn’t read the order back to me it was going to be

The girl who took my order was busy talking to her coworkers instead of listening to me. She then decided to have the guy make her dunk before mine because she was clocking out..once the guy started to make my drink, he made it with whole milk ( I asked for soy ). Once he fixed it it didn’t taste like anything. If anything, it tasted like overpriced soy milk. I had to add sugar when I got home just so that the drink had some flavor. Next time, I will be buying a drink from Wawa then doing my target run. Starbucks in target is a waste of money, and time.

The service was okay, but totally overchallenged with the situation and the amount of people waiting in the line.The Frappuccino wasn’t really a Frappuccino as it was not frozen. I asked the staff if I can have a new one - they made a new one, but a bit under protest

This place has gone so down hill. Nothing is right even when they have the ingredients. I asked for a medicine ball, it should be peach, citrus mint and lemondae. They put 2 citrus mint in water. It was horrible and it was so hot i didnt even try it to know until we were all the way back home. All starbucks have gone way down hill.

This store is always running out of caramel drizzle , atleast every 3 weeks. It's like clockwork. They are currently out and have been out atleast for a week now. I'm not understanding this. If you know you are going to run out and it's it's constant pattern, why not just order more, when you place your supply order??? They make the drinks the best at this location, hands down. If they could just could get their stock in order , I would have zero complaints.

Surprisingly fast service through the drive-thru. Back home they are always so slow. The iced vanilla latte was just how i like it. The violet drink had just the right amount of fruit in it. Very friendly.

Received a gift card for holidays. Online ordering and collecting online points are horrible. We have called 3 times in less than three weeks. Will not be adding any money to gift cards.
