Extremely Disappointed – Not the Starbucks Experience We Know and Love
My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks during a 13-hour road trip, excited for a quick break and the comforting coffee we always rely on from your brand. While he ordered through the drive-thru, I went inside to use the restroom. There were customers seated in the lounge area, so the store appeared to be operating normally.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. One restroom was marked “out of order,” and the other was locked. When I asked the staff, they said both were unavailable. I explained that I really needed to use the bathroom, and the young lady at the counter coldly told me to “go to the waffle place across the street.” I was shocked by how dismissive and unhelpful that response was.I returned to the car feeling frustrated, only to find that the two macchiatos we ordered tasted awful—completely off and nothing like the quality we’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
This visit was a huge disappointment. We’ve always loved Starbucks for its consistent quality and welcoming service, but this location fell far below those standards. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the service and uphold the values your brand is known for.
Needed to remake my order, first time around wasn't correct.
I do not go to Starbucks often but I went twice this week. Thursday (4/10) I got a special drink with sweet cream cold foam. They didn’t put the cold foam on top and the guy at the counter told me they were out of cold foam…I know how to make cold foam I know how they make it I have watched I am not stupid…so I explained to him that it’s very easy to make if he has milk and the frother behind him. After staring at me for a good 20 seconds (which felt like forever) I just told him to give me the drink. It didn’t taste good because the sweet cream cold foam wasn’t on top so I dumped it. Today (4/11) I ordered ahead a cherry chia latte. When I went through the drive thru the gentleman at the window just stood there leaning against the counter while my drink just sat there. Another worker just came in for her shift and she was putting on her apron and what not. After the gentleman took another drive thru order, he was still leaning next to my drink,he motioned to the girl who was waiting for instructions, pointed at me and said she is waiting on her drink it’s right there you can give it to her. I sat there for 4 min waiting on my drink, AND IT WASNT RIGHT!!! There was barely any chia tea in it it was so white it looked like an albino person that had never seen the sun. I was so livid I didn’t go in the store, plus it was pouring down rain. I’m not planning on going back it was such a disappointment.
The manager and all the people who work there are mutes very ignorant I’m a doordasher and when I walk in nobody says hi can I help you they all walk around mad looking no smiles just young girls hating there jobs that is crazy you allow it to go on so many dasher took Starbucks off there run because of it but next time I go in and that’s the reaction I get ima say something n it’s not gonna be pretty …. Change you crew your loosing a lot of people
everytime i mean, every time I go here and it's multiple times a week. My order is incorrect due to the incompetence of the staff in specific staff. Continuing to take orders and taking a long time to take your order. It took me. Almost 10 minutes just to get my order complete through the drive through. And then another 15, waiting on it. And this is continuing every time I have gone to the Starbucks.
This place can be a real hit or miss for your go to favorites. I guess it all depends on the staff! I’m upping my stars but the last two times I visited this location my drink was on point.
There is one competent employee at the entire location, the gentleman who works the window weekdays. Everyone else is rude, unprofessional, condescending and has zero business working in customer service. They will never see another dollar of my money. Horrible management and leadership.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional
I came here a few weeks ago and had very positive experience while here. More drink order was made very quickly and efficiently which was great, and the drink as a whole was very tasty (I got an Iced Chai Latte). Will definitely be back again.
I frequent this location regularly and for some reason they cannot seem to make consistent drinks. Every time you order you’ll get something different. Today we ordered Pumpkin Cream Cold Brews and received chai teas…. Not sure if they can’t keep employees there long enough to train or if they’re just incompetent. Can it really be that hard to make a drink?
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have never encountered such unprofessional service until today. The man working the register was extremely rude and dismissive. When I had my cash and rewards points ready, he rushed to take my money without even acknowledging my rewards. When I politely told him I wanted to use my points, he rudely told me it was too late and completely dismissed my request.
I kindly asked for a refund and left to go to another Starbucks 15 minutes away, where I thankfully received much better service. I’m shocked and disappointed that a brand like Starbucks would allow such poor customer service at this location, especially on a $24.15 order.

I used to order the cold brew nitro. Then the machine went for for a while. Since the new machine has been installed I now get 1/3 liquid and the rest phone. I've called several times to ask about this and keep getting excuses like it's the machine and they can fill it up with espresso. But this is nonsense. Who doesn't know how to pour a cup with less foam?
