Store is clean and workers are nice but they don’t accept app orders or deals through the app, why are you a Subway location but don’t accept your own companies deals, waste of time, gas and money. You shouldn't run a business and not follow your own companys rules

He got angry with me and told me to never come in there again because I no longer wanted the sandwich after I saw him shewing flies away from the food items that were put on my sandwich.He was very rude to me.

I come to Subway every Sunday, and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, the place is clean, and the service is consistently top-notch. I especially want to give a shout-out to the short girl who works there—she’s amazing! Super friendly, always smiling, and she really knows how to make a perfect sandwich. She remembers my order and makes sure everything is just the way I like it. It’s that kind of personal touch that keeps me coming back week after week. Keep up the great work!

Ordered online but they voided the order because I used a deal on the subway app. They were rude then said I had to reorder and pay the full amount in the store. I walked out it because seems sketchy to up charged like that. I will never return.

The worst subway I’ve ever visited in the area , I ordered an egg and steak breakfast sandwich which I usually get for 10.59. She charged me 17.98 instead and when her employee asked her to fix it she starts yelling at her and at me and she refused to refund me the difference. Rude owner with no customer service. Stay away

So expensive for what you get and not at all good. No wonder Subway is closing so many stores.

Steak and cheese footlong, which, not so long ago, used to be $5 is now $13.49. So I can safely say it's my last visit to Subway.

Although I ordered via my app & rewards program, this location informed me that after driving 16 minutes and waiting another 16 minutes, they canceled my order due to my use of app discounts. I understood their right to not participate in the program, but a phone call would have been nice, so I could have used those 32 minutes invested in another option (i.e. -- Simaron Pizza and Steak Shop)

Placed order on subway app, email says order is been prepared, so I drive. Then the shop owner told me she cancelled the order because they do not accept any coupon. If you don’t accept coupon, you can choose to not participate that in your shop end

This location is absolute trash. Placed an order through app and my order went through and then upon checking the status of my order sometime later, it was cancelled. No phone call or notification other than an email with no reason as to why. Called the store where I was hung up on when I asked why my order was cancelled. I called back and was told this location doesn’t accept coupons or promotions and she then had the nerve to tell me to go to another Subway location.

We got a coupon for three footlongs for $19.99, but they said no coupons and no refills. They are Rude and I recommend to go somewhere else to eat.

Save your time and just go to the one on Lebanon Rd. If you place an online order with any promotions/coupons they'll let it go through and then cancel your order telling you when you get there they don't accept any promotions even though they are listed as one of the locations that do. Also their bread is ALWAYS hard.
