The first day with group of 8 friends went spend $400 the food and the service was good. Next morning went for chicken and waffle they said not available only tender, then ordered coffee, Tea and juice 25 minutes wait called the server by name FE she said oh ok a little busy then we told her because we didn't ordered the food that's why?she said no after 40 minutes she brought with a paper cup we were Shocked 😲 and we asked her that's the case we should pick it up and told her we don't ordered Togo she said because this holds more than the cup we don't care about the ounce and asked to call the mangers he came the same answer. We really feel like they Insulting and disrespect very disappointed 😥

Be careful coming to the sugar factory gotta make sure your IDs are intact. If you’re only one drinking I’ll definitely leave you drunk cause they’ve changed a lot of rules around here lately so if you get one of them, drinks with the smoke coming out of it, you gotta drink it all right there that’s all because I’m a little state of Delaware where they allow children in the casinolike other states to check you out the door so that they don’t have this problem. Also, they’re also the only casino that I know that does that…. I think.

I’ll start with the service was good. However the food was extremely bland. Items with cheese had very sharp cheese like the Mac n cheese and cheese burger over powering the meal making it not desirable. I had the cheesy burger, the meat tasted like cafeteria quality(not good). Spouse had salmon and Cesar salad. Salmon was ok, salad was overpowered by sharp cheese.

Chicken tenders, wings, onion rings and Mac and cheese. That’s it 🤷♂️ I was able to eat the Mac and cheese but the rest was some of the worse food I’ve ever had! They would only give me 50% off cause I ate half of the Mac and cheese 😫 Never again! Wish I woulda took photos!

We love going there when we stay at the casino. We always have excellent service great staff . Some of the members have worked there quite a while . It is also good to see some of the same workers even if it was months ago.

The food and drinks are pretty good but it’s going to take a while to get your drinks. Bartenders are in charge of all the walk up casino orders as well as taking care of the people at the bar. It’s just a slow nightmare process when it gets busy. Not great service for the price you are paying.

I guess we go for the Sugar Factory notariety but some of the prices are quite high. However, the eggs Benedict with salmon and asparagus was wonderful and worth the price.

Wonderful service, wonderful food, wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere. Me and my family truly enjoyed ourselves. There was something for everyone; for kids as young as 8 to adults as old as 80. I highly recommend going to this restaurant. It was worth every penny.

Terrible Experience. Made reservations when entering we had to agree that we had a party of six and gratuity of 20 percent would be automatically applied before we were allowed to be seated. Place was empty felt dingy and dirty. Service was incredibly slow over an hour to get our meal in an empty restaurant only to get served undercooked burgers with wilted lettuce. Asked to order our desserts when food came since there was such a delay and was told sure but waitress disappeared. Finally once ordered took another fourty minutes for dessert again in an empty restaurant and it was gross. Online menu does not match restaurants either.

first was waiting 30 minutes just for a plain Caesar salad and then of course five minutes later my entrée came. The salmon was overdone and service was absolutely awful. An hour and 20 minutes for a salad and salmon. and of course cause my hot  entree Came five minutes after my salad I could barely eat my salad. All of this for $50. Poor service and overpriced.

bThe Manager here thinks she is more important than the customer. We came in with a coupon which she refused to honor, and she was not interested in making any accommodations for us. We had driven 3 hours to stay the weekend at Dover Bally's and cancelled dinner reservation to take advantage of the offer and enjoy our evening. She made the restaurant experience very negative. She had no intention of making the problem right. We are not people that are always looking for freebees or handouts, but her pompous attitude showed her immaturity. We won't be ack. Maybe she is the reason hardly anyone was there on a Friday night.
