Roll on chicken sandwich ? was partially stale; onion ? rings however were hot and good. The service was absolutely horrible, it took atleast 45 minutes to get a refill! No excuse they were that busy.

I came here for a drink. I got the hurricane and it wasn’t good. There was a strange aftertaste that I couldn’t pinpoint. Maybe the artificial sugar? Nothing like a true hurricane. My friend got the tropical punch which I was going to get and wish I did, that was very good. It was too much to finish so we both took our drinks to go. It was a cool experience, I’d comeback to try the food but $36x2 for a drink will never happen again.

When looking at locations the Dover location is only one that doesn't have link to menu. And can't see menu WITH prices. That should tell you something.

Waiter would not give separate checks for our party of 8. He said it was because of management, but then again he wouldn't have been able to add his 25% tip to the bill. Got my order wrong and was not very friendly.

I have never been to a Sugar Factory and I wanted to go because the social media posts looked so inviting. Before going, I checked the food menu to make sure the food offerings appealed to me. I ordered one of the smoky drinks, and some calamari. Then I ordered a steak and fries, but subbed the fries for mashed potatoes at which time the server said that there would be an upcharge... Uh, ok, I just paid $36 for this overpriced drink so it doesn't matter that there is a small upcharge for potatoes. I should have stuck with the fries because those potatoes were from a box. NO FLAVOR! The same for the steak. It was cooked the proper temperature, but it was horribly bland. The restaurant itself was lively, though loud. They need to pay to play more music from more artists becuase after a while, that Ciara song gets to be too much. Pros: Interesting atmosphere, interesting looking drinks, interesting looking desserts. Cons: It looks interesting, but is not delicious or memorable. Maybe that's why the stuff is so photogenic. In summary, a lot of money for a disappointing dinner and drink.

Paying for the name (Sugar Factory). They need more people in the front. It’s slow. Just okay.

Don't waste your money or time. Terrible all around. My food was forgotten, I was sharing with my toddler so he ended up eating fries and ice cream. I talked to a "manager" and then my food came out as everyone's elaa finished eating. It was the last thing on the bill so definitely forgotten. I was trying to just cancel it but no one could be found. They ran out of chicken tenders which we were told awhile after ordering so my older son only had fr8es because it was too late and he was too upset to loon through the menu and wait Even longer. No one checked on us at all . Even after we had to find workers for my food.. No drink refills. Still charged for the chicken tenders. Had to find someone to remove it. Wouldn't cancel my food even though I couldn't really eat it anymore. Forced gratuity. Terrible service. Mediocre food. The milkshakes were the only decent part.

We got prompt service with a smile, but there are not many restaurant choices in Bally's, so you take what you can get. I would've driven somewhere else, but my friends who are staying here were hungry NOW. The only thing I had was beer-battered calamari. That was a mistake. Clearly frozen, no tentacles. I got a tiny cup of weak marinara. My friend's fish & chips looked decent but nothing special. Burger looked OK. Fettuccine Alfredo looked like it was swimming in sauce. Club sandwich looked good, but that's pretty hard to mess up. Don't care for the ambience. It's so damn bright in there. I'm not really sure what draws people here. It's overpriced average food. They should've kept the Garden Cafe.

Lady that seat us was awesome. The waiter forgot things that I ordered and was hesitant to do the “level up birthday” experience. He made the surprise obvious because if that. Other than that this place is well kept and fun!

I've visited this location in Delaware a few times, but just recently I visited for Valentine's Day and there was decor set out and fun specials. Usually, service isn't great but we had a great server this time. The food is good but overpriced. The drinks are super fun but also too expensive. Overall, it's a fun experience but not a place to grab a regular meal at. (The French fries are honestly the best thing they serve.) Added photos are of the fish & chips, White Gummi fishbowl drink and the Mac n Cheese pops.Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie burger but it's not always available to order. Mac and Cheese bites are a good appetizer. They also have fettuccine Alfredo and some salads.

We went to sugar factory for Valentine's Day. We got there around 6:30 and ordered two milkshakes. That was all we ordered. We got one of the milkshakes about 45 minutes later and the second one over an hour later. Small kids can't sit for that long. I asked to speak to the manager who took $10 off our bill but added $8 in tip. We couldn't put our own tip, it was already added to the bill. So we got two milkshakes and spent almost 2 hours there for $38. Not fun, not worth it, won't be back.
