Gave me a hard time about getting one refill after going through the drive through. Spend a good amount of money at this location. To he treated like trash for getting one refill after spending nearly $30 is unacceptable. Show me where In the policies does it state you cannot get refills after doing a drive through order. Nope, you know what this is about folks.
It’s 11:30 Friday night and we travel a lot across the states. This crew here made our order to perfection! Order was correct, food was hot, customer service was on par! Thank you for taking pride in what y’all do! Stay Fantabulous! ❤️🔥
In the past I’ve had decent run ins with this specific Taco Bell but today when I went in my nacho fries were ice cold and my chicken quesadilla had hair on it. Just gross

They're "closed early" because of weather, but it's not snowing, raining, nothing. And all of the lights are on in the parking lot and the building and all of the employees are just hanging out inside. 1 was even hanging out outside listening to music. Horrible display!!!

So I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in a year And I finally get food And this is the nugget they provide me with they were extremely burnt and dry it’s a joke to sell these rocks as nuggets fries where Soggy and drink was flat Worst experience I have ever had at Taco Bell I generally have good experiences Foods normally ok would really sucks as I haven’t eaten in the last 20 hours and this is their quality that they praise

Best toco bell I ever been to I pulled up to the window and they handed me my food the food was the best toco bell food I ever had a lot better then the one In Smyrna thats for sure and I like the style of the building just is such a good idea for toco bell and I don't even rate stuff but I think this toco bell earned this rating.

Food was very disgusting don’t recommend eating here at all. One of y’all employees was very rude and didn’t give me NO seasoning on my nacho fries which didn’t come with any !!! Tasted like regular fries. Then yall didn’t give me the tacos i asked for. i asked for 3 cheesey double beef burrito which only came with a bunch of bean. Barely any rice. When it should have came with sour cream, nachos, rice, and beef. I don’t know what kind of tacos this is to yall but it was very very gross and so was your employee. ON TOP of that i am very allergic to bean and i told your employee that. He treated me with disrespect and i couldn’t get a refund for my disgusting tacos that i had because yall couldn’t make my taco right. This taco bell has no customer service. If im paying for something i expect for it to be made right or dont sell it at all. Learn how to treat your customers with respect or learn how to make the taco how it’s showed. No seasonings on my fries and on top of that i asked him politely if i could get extra seasoning and he told me no. i even said i could pay for it!!!! Nothing on my 3 BEEF TACOS. What yalls employee gave me is not what i asked for and i spent over $40 worth of tacos. I could have been sent to the hospital for eating something that i was allergic for!!!!

They did not have any help on the front red shirts, so if you don't like doing the kiosk, you have no other choice but to use it. They were helpful when we actually was missing something, and they got it to us.

Ordered a build your own box and a quesadilla to be delivered &23 including tip. I can literally see the store from my window. I’m working alone. Order was delivered but only contained my quesadilla. I called the store, and the lady apologized and said she can replace the order NEXT TIME I am able to pick it up because there’s no one to deliver it. What? I mean, I’m hungry now and YOU messed up, so you’ll take care of it when it works for you? How about if I said, Look I’ll pay you for the food if the food is good or when I have the money? That’s not how that works. So I got a soda and a quesadillas for $23. And no attempt to get my food to me. Wonderful. Avoid this place like the plague. There are a lot of eateries in Dover that would have handled it differently and made it right immediately. An absolute joke. Do not patronize this store.
