Employees disrespected my elderly mother, talked with a tone and adittude it left me speechless. My food was completely pink in the meat making it half raw. Waiters complained here and there. My food was cold, not cooked enough, and soggy. I got sick after my experience. Very disappointed.

Vacation All Day “It’s About Time” Beach Life

The bartender Demetrius was excellent he provided great service but I should not have to wait 30 minutes for 3 potato skins & the place wasn’t crowded it was just a few scattered so I had to leave & come back !!!! No reflection on the bartender but whom ever is making the food apparently needs help! Long Island Ice Tea was great made by the bartender!

The service here is horrible. If you are not at the bar, chatting with the bartender, they totally forget you are there. All the Staff hide out in the kitchen without even considering to come check on you or to even bring your food.

Friday's is a chain, but their food hasn't always been consistent. Their ribs went from great to average, but are now back to great. (My buddy and I have been going here more than a decade, so this is a long-term perspective.)

The servers have been amazing and this last visit was no exception: Kimberly was very attentive and very pleasant!

Definitely going to meet up here more often.

We waited 1hr to get our appetizers and the place wasn’t even full

Placed a very expensive takeout orders about $90 with tip. It was a curbside pickup. It was cold so I figured I'd be nice and go inside and get my food. I say my name, give my last name, they act like they don't know what my order is can't find it etcetera. The hostess girl gives me a side eye and treats me like a scumbag because I'm picking up food even though I've given her my last name twice. She says, oh is it under Patricia? Which is clearly not my name clearly a man she's doing it to evoke a reaction to me obviously she's something or another. And then reiterate No, it's under last name, and then she asks rudely what did you order. So I rattle off most of what we ordered. She then 3 to five minutes later brings out the food. The name on the bag clearly says Patrick, so where did she get Patricia? AITAH?
