Ugh !! Been to this restaurant many times in the past, but yesterday was an absolute nightmare. Three of us arrived for lunch on a Friday afternoon around 12:30PM. Seated quickly and waitress took our drink order. A few minutes later, she returned to take our lunch order. Waited approx. ONE HOUR to get our food. I ordered the Monte Cristo. It was disgusting. Soggy French toast covering turkey and ham slices. She left a packet of breakfast syrup to dip my sandwich in.Every Monte Cristo I've ever eaten had raspberry jam provided. Took one or two bites and I was finished. My friend ordered the beef patty melt. It was dry and tasteless. The cole slaw sides were past their expiration date. One sniff confirmed that. The fact that we waited so long to be served this swill is unforgivable. We will not return.....

This place was great! We were greeted and seated immediately by the hostess. Our waitress came shortly after that and greeted us nicely. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes and it was amazing!! We came here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! Give this place a try when you go to Dover, DE. 5 stars all the way!!!

So good! Had one of the top three eggs Benedict of my life. Their fluffy crabcake eggs Benedict were amazing. In house made crabcake. Perfectly poached eggs and very creamy and rich hollandaise over a toasted English muffin. We also had a double stack of pancakes that were about as good as pancakes get. Buttey and soft. Large enough to fill the plate. The steak and eggs were also very well prepared. The steak was thin cut and seasoned with salt and pepper. Tender. Coffee was delicious and always topped off by our server.

Awesome old school place. Good food, friendly service, with an old cottage feeling. Everything is reasonably priced as well, a win-win.

We visited this restaurant for the first time today for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and the food was great! I had the Farm House Omelet and hubby had the Eggs Benedict. The food was so good and the home fries were delicious! I also had the House Muffin with my meal and it was fabulous! We definitely will be back.
