My kid and I went here after story-time at the Dover Public library. When I saw the barista making my drink, I noticed she had bent down to get the ice and it was out of an igloo cooler. I didn’t bother to say anything because I thought that was their typical set up. Come around 6 PM my son and I experienced very strong stomach cramps, and diarrhea. After going to urgent care for an immediate check up, we were diagnosed with salmonella. The only thing we had consumed out of the ordinary was coffee and pastries from this coffee shop. This is without mentioning their dine-in area, which had crumbs all over the floor and tables. Along with a sticky trap for pest.

The coffee was very good. I got an acai bowl and it was good but I would prefer if the Nutella was spread on the top instead of it being all in one spot and I thought it would be better if the peaches were cut up in small chunk. Overall great experience

Sweet little coffee shop with some quiet sitting in store for study or work.

I went there this morning and could not wait to make a review. Upon first look, SO cute. Its a vibe for any mood! The staff was so friendly, attentive and really made me feel welcome. I'd come just for the service, even if the coffee (and cinnamon roll!) wasn't as amazing as it was! And so many different flavors, you'd never have to get the same one twice. Really outstanding place! Don't pass without stopping!

Honestly the place overall is nice the atmosphere and employees were respectful and friendly but I had an issue with my food as well as one of my friend’s drink. My friend also had a funky monkey that taste like something in it was spoiled
I ordered a bagel with butter and jelly. No aluminum wrapping and not cut in half with jelly leaking out over the bagel and light butter. On top of that they charge 2 dollars per topping… it didn't even look appealing in my opinion.

A cozy coffee shop in the picturesque downtown of Dover. A brick sidewalk and patio usher you into the establishment. They have a multitude of flavors as well as tasty breakfast options. Don't sleep on the everything bagel.

The best part? They'll full your travel mug if you ask!

Very good drip coffee. I usually get a muffin as well and they have all been pretty good - Blueberry, chocolate, orange cranberry.
My fiance liked the breakfast sandwich.
The staff is friendly, but rush times can be a bit slow. Extremely affordable which is appreciated.

Parking: Parking is hit or miss depending on the day and time, but even if you park a few blocks away it's free.

Service was excellent! Cheyenne was very friendly and knowledgeable of the coffees and food. I ordered 2 drinks😊the chai was delicious and the macchiato was made perfectly. The place is cozy, not many tables but my friend and I were able to sit outside which was comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Took us about 20 minutes to find parking, I’m assuming everyone that took the parking in front of the business were the same people sitting inside chatting for a while. 1 out of 3 workers were actually working, the other two were chatting with people the whole time we waited. The prices online do not match prices in-store, it was actually about 3-4 dollars more expensive. We ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, both tasted very cheap and was not worth the price, size, or flavor. Both tasted very bland and the cream cheese had a horrible aftertaste that we paid $2 just to add on the bagel, they barely put any on it. The fridge for bottled and canned drinks had no signage for pricing. A can of soda for $2, a breakfast sandwich for $7 that’s the size of a Popeyes biscuit, and a bagel for $3.50 + $2 for the cream cheese. Pastries didn’t look the best either. This place seems like maybe they do their coffee good but I wouldn’t be going for their breakfast items. Next time we will take the drive to Surf Bagel for cheaper yet extremely good quality food and coffee.

House of Coffi is a solid cafe in downtown Dover. The cold brew with butterscotch flavored syrup was very good.

Love the ambiance and the offerings here are pretty good. However, pricing can be unnecessarily over the top with drinks. Ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich to go that came to $18.25! (Before they asked if i'd like to leave a tip)even with adding a syrup and alternating whole for oatmilk, the pricing for such is ridiculous. Service here can also be very slow, if ordering food items, so be prepared to wait, even if there is not a crowd, it seems to take a long time just to prepare/warm a sandwich. Finally. While i enjoy the coffee, i have never recieved a hot cup! Room temp at best. No need to drink with caution or sip, u can gulp it right down! While I appreciate the ambiance and the quality (for the most part), I will probly stick with starbucks as I continue to shop around for a better "coffee house".
