Very good drip coffee. I usually get a muffin as well and they have all been pretty good - Blueberry, chocolate, orange cranberry.
My fiance liked the breakfast sandwich.
The staff is friendly, but rush times can be a bit slow. Extremely affordable which is appreciated.
Parking: Parking is hit or miss depending on the day and time, but even if you park a few blocks away it's free.

Service was excellent! Cheyenne was very friendly and knowledgeable of the coffees and food. I ordered 2 drinksšthe chai was delicious and the macchiato was made perfectly. The place is cozy, not many tables but my friend and I were able to sit outside which was comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Took us about 20 minutes to find parking, Iām assuming everyone that took the parking in front of the business were the same people sitting inside chatting for a while. 1 out of 3 workers were actually working, the other two were chatting with people the whole time we waited. The prices online do not match prices in-store, it was actually about 3-4 dollars more expensive. We ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, both tasted very cheap and was not worth the price, size, or flavor. Both tasted very bland and the cream cheese had a horrible aftertaste that we paid $2 just to add on the bagel, they barely put any on it. The fridge for bottled and canned drinks had no signage for pricing. A can of soda for $2, a breakfast sandwich for $7 thatās the size of a Popeyes biscuit, and a bagel for $3.50 + $2 for the cream cheese. Pastries didnāt look the best either. This place seems like maybe they do their coffee good but I wouldnāt be going for their breakfast items. Next time we will take the drive to Surf Bagel for cheaper yet extremely good quality food and coffee.

House of Coffi is a solid cafe in downtown Dover. The cold brew with butterscotch flavored syrup was very good.

Love the ambiance and the offerings here are pretty good. However, pricing can be unnecessarily over the top with drinks. Ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich to go that came to $18.25! (Before they asked if i'd like to leave a tip)even with adding a syrup and alternating whole for oatmilk, the pricing for such is ridiculous. Service here can also be very slow, if ordering food items, so be prepared to wait, even if there is not a crowd, it seems to take a long time just to prepare/warm a sandwich. Finally. While i enjoy the coffee, i have never recieved a hot cup! Room temp at best. No need to drink with caution or sip, u can gulp it right down! While I appreciate the ambiance and the quality (for the most part), I will probly stick with starbucks as I continue to shop around for a better "coffee house".
Nice coffee shop in the historical downtown area with indoor and outdoor seating.

The owner was very nice. Its a cozy atmosphere. We only had tea but the pastries looked great & they get them from a local bakery. Next time I'm in town, I'll stop there. If I lived in the area I'd probably go 2x per week.

Visiting from out of town and needed a place to hang out and catch up with some friends. This place was so warm and cozy with comfy chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. I'm also a sucker for a seasonal latte menu -- they had a scary good selection! I had a super yummy brown sugar cinnamon matcha latte. My friend had a breakfast sando that looked amazing.
