We tried Umi tonight for the first time and it was OK for a buffet. They do have a very good selection of items, but quality and freshness is not what it could be. We saw several pans sitting out for the duration of our stay that were not tossed or replenished. The sushi was good, but not spectacular. Very similar to grocery store sushi, which is fine. The dessert offerings were fairly good too, but again nothing stood out. The place is kept clean and that's hard to do at any buffet. Kudos for that! The service was excellent and we were very quite pleased. If you are hungry and enjoy sushi and seafood, this is a good option. While it isn't exceptional, it serves its purpose well as a slightly above average specialty buffet in a well-themed space.

Very nice place and the food is superior to anything near by was curious about the restaurant and after giving them time to fine tune the menu food and restaurant it's a success and if you haven't been there you are cheating yourself from a beautiful restaurant and the phone and staff are both amazing

WARNING Not a good place...not to be rude but please have more fluent English workers please because I have a serious allergy an I asked 3 workers to tell me which foods have peanuts an peanut oil I was told basically I couldn't eat anything there I had ice cream an 1 slice of pizza just to be charged the full all u can eat price when I couldn't eat anything an wasn't able to take me off the bill just because I already ordered a drink an got ice cream I could paid the difference but the full $50 was insane this place does not take life an death allergies serious I COULDVE DIED IF I ATE THE THE FOOD THAT EVEN LOOKED SAFE! Like chicken or rice bc y'all didn't know what you cook your food which terrible cross-contamination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
The food was not so great but the variety of sushi was good. It is knock off for hot pot and they do not compare a better local buffet would be king buffet although it is pricier

Lots of variety, fun to try different things, especially for seafood lovers. The quality is inconsistent, however. The sushi, in my opinion, is the best option. My biggest complaint is that the floor was slippery, maybe from the grease, hard to say, but this made it difficult to walk if you are going back for more food, and with a buffet, you surely will.

Went for lunch, it was easy to park and get in. Place is spacious and very clean. A pleasure to eat there! Food was varied and good. I love having a wide selection like there is at Umi. I went for sushi first, and then expanded into the other offerings. I wish I had room for hot pot! This is a great value and hits many of your food cravings!
