Atmosphere was very cold. i asked waitress if they have and can turn on the heat she replied w/ “its on for us the employees and that she wont turn on the heat.” i ask politely again can you accommodate your customers so we are comfortable. its 44 degrees and feel warmer outside than inside. Wack!!

Omg my son cut into his waffle and there was a green hair bead in it. I have 3 boys and we do not have any beads in our house so nothing fell out of his hair. This is disgusting!!! When I tried calling the restaurant it just said place orders online. Needless to say the Waffle House in Dover on 13 will never get our business again. Thank God he looked down or he could have swallowed it.

This was the WORST Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Took forever to get our food. The waffle came literally 45 minutes before any of our other food did. Everyone I was with orders came out wrong and with missing items and when alerted about the issue the waitress did not even slightly care and try to fix the issue.

My first time in a Waffle House. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. My wife had breakfast and me, lunch. The food was really good. The atmosphere was casual and the customer service was great. Deztiny attended to us. She was excellent at her job. She was friendly, polite and made us settle in comfortably. In all, it was a good experience.

Great place to have breakfast! Busy, crowded all signs of a good place to eat. Service was outstanding! Waited on by friendly helpful staff. I am not a fan of crowds, but my wife and I felt comfortable there.
