The guy handling orders at the window appeared to be new. He was very polite and verified my order. However, it seemed to been given to someone else. Not a huge deal because mistakes happen. What really upset me was the manager yelling at him over it and even with the window closed, I could hear her yelling at him. Definitely not cool.
