I use the drive-through windows. At times early in the morning, at 730am to 830am, you may wait for about 5 to 7 minutes just to place your order. Although the order takers are apologetic, you might want to keep the total wait time in mind, ordering and picking up the order, especially if you need to be somewhere by a certain time. However, the friendliness of the staff does help when they have those days when they don't have enough workers.
