Just left and purchased a frosty key chain with my order. There was a Caucasian lady with black hair at the window that told me I could not get a frosty with my 1st purchase which is a complete lie and I don't appreciate being lied to.
Service was great but the food was not good at all. I haven't had Wendy's in years and will not be going back.

We were leaving Dover,Delaware and needed food. Stopped at Wendys,young lady was very pleasant. Food order was great.

I went to McDonald's for my daughter drive through people.were so rude. Then i went thru Wendy's for myself for a chili. Everyone wad present kind and friendly. Total difference Great people.af this Wendy's

I got a bacon, egg and cheese english muffin. When I opened the wrapper the sandwich was sitting in a puddle of grease/oil.

Sat at the drive through machine for 5 minutes with no one saying anything I drove up to the window and there were 6 workers 5 females 1 male working. The male was on his phone not answering the intercom, I asked for a burger and milkshake and they were all laughing acting funny my burger was cold and smelled funny like they did something to my food

When into this Wendy's for lunch, I order through mobile and put a book of Halloween tickets for the kids for Halloween but they didn't have any in stock, ok no biggie. I ask the employee to just give me something in replacement. So the employee walks over to the Manager and informs her of the situation and she tells the employee to give me a cookie, like I'm a bird. Apparently there was no other options, take a cookie or contact customer service. I rather get a decent offer in return. Also no ice on both soda machines, which they just switch the menu to lunch. I be contacting corporate on this matter. Treat customers with a little more respect.
