they gave me ceaser salad dressing when “they don’t even sell it”. btw waited 1 hour and 45 mins js to mess up my food.
The new manager and overall customer service experience have been absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The general manager, in particular, was incredibly inviting, with a warm and positive attitude that really stood out. It’s clear that they genuinely care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for every guest. Their professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression on me. I truly love this place—it’s not just the service, but the whole atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

I like the food when they make it right also the staff is for the most part worried about everything else except for what they are there for, to work.. a few people in there that keep it going but it's more of a social gathering for some of the employees..
Edit: up top was my original post I stopped going there al though I like the wings because of the service and amount of food immature people working there. However l needed wings late night today so I said I'ma give wing stop another try and it was totally different, food was fine quick, employees were on top of things and respectful.. good job Winston for cleaning up your store.. I'll be coming back more often..
Hella improvement on the seasoning
Hod a delivery order off door dash that was missing 20 wings when I got it.the dasher refused to go back, not wing stops fault, so I call and have to take the entire order back to prove that I didn't receive them. Did that and had to wait for them to make them for me, but they said they didn't remake food, so I had half my food cold by the time I got home, whole ordeal took about an hour. The woman in the front was nice enough called the wings back but the kitchen didn't even make them until we've been sitting here for half an hour and she had called them back about 4 times.

Was missing over 27 dollars worth of food from a doordash, then drove in a thunderstorm 7 miles to get the food. When I asked if they would remake all the food since all my food was cold now (they required me to bring all of it back) I was told they don't remake food. Horrible policy and a horrible way to treat someone. I will not be coming back ever again.

I ordered my food and waited over 35 minutes for a 10 piece wing and voodoo fries. Dont get me wrong the food is great just kind of ridiculous when they have people walking in after me getting food before me.

We had some of the smallest wings I've ever seen from here. The service was good, the rest of the food was good but the wings were tiny.

**Review for Wing stop– ⭐️⭐️**
If I could rate my recent experience just on the chaos alone, I’d give it its own star ranking—but sadly, I have to factor in the overall experience, which was less than stellar. Upon entering, I was greeted by an overwhelming soundscape of two different rap stations blaring at maximum volume. Honestly, it's hard to describe the complete jarring effect of explicit lyrics competing with each other like a battle of the bands, only without the charm!
To make matters worse, I witnessed an employee embroiled in a heated argument with a customer who claimed that their order had gone missing, despite the fact that I could see the gentleman visibly losing patience after waiting an hour. While I sympathized with the diners attempting to navigate the unfortunate situation, chaos unfolded in real time.
I attempted to get clarity on my own order, having already waited thirty minutes by that point. Patiently, I approached the young lady at the counter, only to be met with an equally chaotic response. So, after a full forty minutes of anticipation, I was finally handed an order—but it was clear it had been sitting on the rack, neglected, for quite a while. It was disappointing to say the least.
In a nutshell, the environment was nothing short of pandemonium, combined with a wait time that felt exaggerated and unnecessary. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my meal, but the soundtrack of frustration, clock-watching, and miscommunication made that an uphill battle. Here’s hoping they find a way to put the chaos aside and focus on customer service in the future—until then, I can’t see myself returning anytime soon.
