Delivery went to side of house at a non functional door. Bugs got in food and became inedible. Talked to management on phone and they hung up when I described the issue. Food is untouched and I just want a replacement for $15 worth of food

I ordered pizza for delivery. Tracked it on the app. Got a notification that my pizza was delivered by BRIAN....but I never got a knock on the door? Called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes listening to the automated BS, only to be disrespected left and right by not only the driver but who I could assume was the manager. He wanted to Claim I was lying. Driver claimed he knocked on the door with no answer so he left it outside? But didn't call? Again, I WAS HOME SO NO HE DIDNT KNOCK ON MY DOOR. When I confronted the manager IN PERSON for the disrespect he proceeded to get angry and threaten my friend and once again claiming we lied. I did not lie over not receiving pizza, esp. when this pizza was to feed my children. He re-made us our order however that treatment was extremely uncalled for. BRIAN the driver should be fired for failing to deliver a pizza without calling/confirming. Should never treat people like this OVER PIZZA

Update 09/2025 : Geraldo (with the missing teeth) refused to accept my visa e gift card due to his inability to understand the English language. Denied my method of payment advising that the point of sale system was down and he can be only take cash or swipe card. Refused to use my e gift card and take apple pay , denying me my pizza infront of my child and a store of customers.

Disappointing in so maybe ways. The pizza was thin, dry, salty and the wings were barely edible. I threw most of them out.You would be better off getting a frozen pizza from Acme. The only positive I can think of is the delivery time and the ease use of the Domino's App.

It was Tuesday, July 1 at 3:10 in the afternoon. I came to pick up my online order and let the person know at the register that it was the wrong pizza and they proceeded to get confrontational and want to fight me over the wrong pizza and then made me buy another pizza. My daughter eat Domino's 3-4 times a week!!! We are regulars @ this Domino's & usually have a pleasant interaction with the employees, however...there's always that one person that will ruin your visit!!! If a customer ask you to wash ya hands because you were handling trash or you had ya hands on the floor...please just wash ya hands!!! Thanks in advance

Make sure you always check your delivered pizza before the driver leaves because when it’s burnt they tell you to bring it back and they will make you a new one. Hard to do when you don’t have a car available. This one when in the trash. Will never order from this store again.

My instructions were simple “please leave on the table”. They put my food on the floor and it was smashed. Sad too because the pizza was hot and that’s rare being that my food is usually cold from them.

I ordered a pizza & they pulled up to deliver, never even came to the door, turned around & left. Called the store & explained what had happened, they gave us an attitude about the situation but said they would send someone in 10 minutes. 2+ hours past & still nothing!! Tried calling the store again & they wouldn't answer the phone. Such a waste of time!

Paper about this store to work on better arrives I order a pizza and the delivery driver to the wrong location . I guess the drive doesn’t know where the address to delivery. The food but will say never going to order here again and the people are disrespectful and disgusting to talk to someone and hang up on the phone to say we busy and hang up and I’m not the only person that complains.
