Ordered my food at 8:30, driver was supposed to arrive at 11:15, he claims he called once, my ordered said delivered, when I called CHARLES, he says “ you didn’t answer the phone, your money will be on your card in a couple days” I call the store to talk to a manager he’s even worse than the delivery driver he puts me on hold 15 mins! If yall don’t like yall job LEAVE IT!

We had a delivery from the Elsmere, DE store tonight and it was, by far, the worst experience ever. The food tasted like it had been warmed up leftovers from yesterday ?. The delivery driver couldn't seem to figure out where my house was, despite the fact that I was standing outside, and my porch lights were on, and I was yelling to him "I'm here". We tried to call the store directly, but of course it was ignored and never picked up. I will absolutely tell everyone I know to avoid this location at all times.

Never again will I order delivery from this establishment. Delivery driver stole my money by writing his own tip out on the receipt. there should be a cut-your-own pizza discount since every time you order a pizza you have to cut it yourself. It’s always cut marks, but not cut.

Placed an online order at around 9pm for pick up. However, as the photo shows the pizza was clearly reheated. After two slices one slice per person, we realized it was reheated. The bottom of the pizza was very hard, the sauce was very dried, and the crust extremely dried. Once I got there the place was pretty much ready to close, I’ve worked fast food chains during high school and the quality was horrendous.

The preparation for my delivery was fast, BUT the driver, CHARLES, showed the worst customer service ever. While delivering, I was told to meet him outside the building, and he wasn’t there. He then said he was in the lobby. While walking to the lobby, I received another call stating he had to leave and asked if he could leave it. I asked twice to confirm his location but could not due to his rude and disrespectful attitude. As a result, I told him to cancel the order. He continued to be rude and curse me out. In no way, was my tone rude or condescending during our phone calls but that’s how I was treated. I called the store, and they immediately apologized and refunded my order.
