Just went through the drive thru line and the lady that helped me had great customer service. It’s the morning of Black Friday and she just made our day better by her smile and positive attitude. Great job!

I placed a $50 order through the app at 5:30pm for a church event.. when I arrived at 6pm the woman working ignored me at the front door so I drove around to the drive through. When I asked about my order of 1 box of Joe 1 dozen donuts and 25 munchkins she told me “we don’t have anything” I asked for my refund and she told me she couldn’t help me either. So frustrating to not get a notification or the common courtesy of any type of accommodation. Will never be going back.. 1 star across the board. Terrible experience. This happened on 11/20/24 at 6pm. Also, I still have no idea how to get my refund because I did a guest order …

When you pay good money to come get a coffee the workers should not rush to get your order done so they can hang out with there friends in the front of store. If you are going to do what you want why you work then get retrained on making coffee. I wonder if corporate even looks at these reviews or they don’t care either. This location is terrible outside of the 5am shift those employees are great other then that it is terrible and it is not cheap to come to Dunkin do something should be done!!!

What the heck??? I want my money back!!!This is the coffee cake muffin. As you can see the top is hard and falling off. The muffin is dry and hard. Bring back the Lemon pound cake!!!

Picked less ice option, iced drink still came with a lot of ice and one third of a drink was missing. Never had this kind of an issue at other locations. From now going to avoid Elsmere location.

Stop in a couple times a week for a Boston Cream Donut for my 79 year old mom who has Alzheimer's. It's a treat for her after a day at adult daycare. To often they are out of Boston Creams by 2:30 when we stop in. Today they still had them. Got home to find the donut just tossed in the bag, no paper around it as is customary. For $1.49 for a donut one might think at least could have it protected? There are 2 other DD within a short distance, I'll go out of my way to avoid this place in future.

I've been a loyal customer at this store for a year and usually purchased my morning drink from a different location nearby. However, after trying their drink today, I found it to be undrinkable. I thought I could get it fixed at my regular store, where I'm a frequent and high-spending customer. Sadly, I was met with rudeness when the manager, Vaiannie and the other manager, insisted I pay for a replacement. Even though they know me well, this situation left me very disappointed, and I've decided not to return as a customer even though last time I got a refresher from them before and it had a bug in it and they did not accommodate me with a free one.They do not take care of their customers
