Picked less ice option, iced drink still came with a lot of ice and one third of a drink was missing. Never had this kind of an issue at other locations. From now going to avoid Elsmere location.

Stop in a couple times a week for a Boston Cream Donut for my 79 year old mom who has Alzheimer's. It's a treat for her after a day at adult daycare. To often they are out of Boston Creams by 2:30 when we stop in. Today they still had them. Got home to find the donut just tossed in the bag, no paper around it as is customary. For $1.49 for a donut one might think at least could have it protected? There are 2 other DD within a short distance, I'll go out of my way to avoid this place in future.

I've been a loyal customer at this store for a year and usually purchased my morning drink from a different location nearby. However, after trying their drink today, I found it to be undrinkable. I thought I could get it fixed at my regular store, where I'm a frequent and high-spending customer. Sadly, I was met with rudeness when the manager, Vaiannie and the other manager, insisted I pay for a replacement. Even though they know me well, this situation left me very disappointed, and I've decided not to return as a customer even though last time I got a refresher from them before and it had a bug in it and they did not accommodate me with a free one.They do not take care of their customers

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant & was given a sausage patty on a croissant. Every time I go to this Dunkin, my order is messed up.

Very rude white big lady I believe she is a manager or supervisor. Needs to change her attitude and terrible customer service. My mother nicely let an employee know there was flies on the muffins.when the employee tried to take them out , With an attitude and mad face she told the employee to leave the flies in there that they came back in anyways. NASTY!
Staff was clueless the donut case was filled with flies extremely slow and coffee had grounds in it will not be returning to this

I wasn't happy what I experienced waiting for my breakfast sandwich...flies was inside the donuts glass case landing on the donuts. I mention and showed the Employee of this let her know how nasty that is and to sell the donuts to public... how unsantized that could be. I will never go back there after seeing what I seen. ?
Absolutely terrible place. Drinks aren’t the best service is terrible. Ordered pick up order and the lobby was locked no way to get into the store so never received items and I paid!!

Worst Dunkin. The drive thru employees are typically in a bad mood. They move way too quickly and don’t make the drinks correctly 70% of the time. They need to stop rushing, especially if there’s no long line. I don’t get it. Not going to spend money here anymore, not worth it.

horrible horrible you ask for what you want and they give you what they want I trie to explain what I want its an argument terrible service I live in the neighborhood and I have to go to a Dunkin' far from my house because this one since they opened has been so horrible at they're craft they need to vamp they're situation I will continue to go to Dunkin far from home smh
