So very sad that the owner himself called me to find out why I said our service was under par and after telling him he proceeded to say your bill was ONLY $189.00 not $300.00 so not something I am going to worry about! Just thought people should know !

Very much enjoyed our unexpected dinner drop-in here! Great service from Jamie. Excellent diverse menu featuring not only fresh fish but great steaks. Salad fresh and good. Great home tangerine-tinged beer. Very large facility appears to be very popular. Staff attentive and helpful. Really diverse drink menu. Sports bar section many high tops and several TVs. Pricing a bit high and while very diverse the drink menu had no prices. We will likely return!!

Went on two different occasions - once for lunch and later that week for dinner with a group of 8. Lunch food and service was excellent; dinner was slower and the waiter far less attentive. But the food was still absolutely excellent. Will return next time I'm in the area.Dietary restrictions: We had a family member with a pork allergy, and they were very accommodating and answered all her questions.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu items are fine, but it's probably not somewhere I'd take the kids again.
Went to Harpoon Hanna’s Friday, April 13 to see the band “On the Edge”, the band was excellent, the staff not so much! The girl bartender offered no hello, no smile, no “hey how are you I’m …..how can I help you.” When i ordered drinks around 7:30pm, the bar was busy, but when you are in the customer service industry, you need to put a smile on and be happy because there are way too many other places to go to. She was one of the worst bartenders I have ever have, no personality whatsoever. It was like I was bothering her to order, she never once showed any happiness for the crowd that was there. You want to make a great tip, show you want to be there! Also, what’s up with the warm beer? I asked for another one and she said they are all the same, and she would have to charge me if I wanted to replace the original one. You think “we are Harpoon Hanna’s” and you will be busy all summer, well think again, this was a windy chilly day in early April, if you can’t handle the crowds with the attitude the bartender had this time of year how you gonna handle it in the high peak of summer. To say I’m disappointed in one of my old favorite beach places to frequent is a huge overstatement. Get the right staff and maybe we will return with our crowd of 20!
Sat at the bar for dinner on Saturday. Plenty of help and quick service. The bread basket, fish/chips, and VOD were excellent. Dave Sherman provided the entertainment. We just love this place.
Worst experience ever! We will not be back for a long time. The food was wrong and cold, orderd a grilled chicken salad, with lettuce, cucumber and chicken with oil and vinegar. Told the waiter that I have a dairy, seafood and red dye allergies. It came with buttered croutons and ceaser dressing and cold. We also order a kids pizza and fries that is normally to hot to eat. Not today barely room temperature. Also ordered the stuffed baked chicken with veg of the day. The chicken had good taste was cold in the middle and barely room temperature with a different veg of the day. The waiter didn't even bother to ask if I would like the zucchini and corn mix. Just came with the meal. Would have been awesome if it was hot. He didn't bring a manager, just said we'll fix it somehow. He said we'll remake the salad, we said no because you couldn't get it right the first time. He made his own decision about the bill. We had to ask for water we never saw the waiter. Didn't ask us if we wanted anything else. He rushed us out. Brought us the check and waited for our card. Took our card at the table and had us sign in the toast machine right there. We didn't even get a copy of our receipt, we asked for on. We Never saw a manager. We asked to speak with a manager and the hostess laughed at us because we were going to wait to speak to a manager. Then they told us that there wasn't a manger on duty, so which is it? Manager there or not? They wanted to take our name and number. Because of poor service and cold food we left NO tip. First ever. Our first trip we left a $20 tip. We don't mind paying for good food but this was our worst. All other tables around us had better service and the kids meals came out before the adult meals. We asked for our kids meal and pretzel to come out like that but our sat in the window. The waiter tried to tell us he pulled it as soon as it came out. Based on the temperature of the food, noway. Like I said we don't mind paying for good food and good service. Our experience was neither!
