Excellent food and service. This restaurant is a real neighborhood gem that I highly recommend.
We were very disappointed. We were a party of 7 so stuck in an under decorated dining room. The food, steaks were over done. The lobster Mac n cheese was more mushrooms than lobster. We used to like this restaurant, this was our second disappointed visit. We won't be back until hear they have a new chef.
As always our dinner at Nantuckets was wonderful. Food was delicious and our server, Susie was great as always. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We enjoyed the oxygen front porch dining room. (I don't like the large back room, to dark and cavernous. Oh server was funny and accommodating and attentive to our needs. The rockfish was delicious served with potatoes and string beans just the way like them. The dessert menu look great. We decided to split the pistachio gelato and we also had cappuccino. The time was so enjoyable because it was comfortable and quiet.
Our server was attentive and friendly. Food and cocktails were great. I'm never been disappointed with this restaurant.
Overall Nantucket Restaurant is a fabulous place on all levels! Never disappoints in all the years we've been frequenting this restaurant. Their selections of drinks, cocktails, cuisine and desserts are many! Give it a go. You'll love it, and will return time and time again! Thank-you everyone at Nantucket Restaurant in Fenwick Shoals, Fenwick Island, DE! My husband and I had a great experience Sunday evening. Susie was our server. She was great, over the top!
By the way Lobster Shanty is another gem! Also a favorite! Same owner. CP

Not a fan of the food at all! Cream of Crab was terrible.
Unfortunately, our dining experience was disappointing. My steak was overcooked and the presentation was poor. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, and the rest of the table’s meals were similarly mediocre. Service was lacking, and the manager was unhelpful—and even a bit rude—when we requested a highchair. Overall, it was not a meal I would recommend. Prices were high as well for quality of food!

This is the second time eating at this restaurant separated by a couple years.
The experience was similar each time as far as food and service, the noise level was quite a bit higher this time however we were in what I would call the main dining area this time.
Prices have gone up considerably so it is not the same value as our other visit and while all the food we had was fine, it was not in line with how much was charged.
Service was excellent.

Had a fabulous dinner last night at Nantucket’s. We started with the lobster Mac-N-cheese and the soup du jour- gazpacho. Both were fabulous. We had the cod, the crab cake and the salmon salad. All great!
Even though we were stuffed, we had to order dessert. We split the cheese cake- key lime and the Brown Betty - blueberry and peaches. Yum! The service was excellent, everyone was friendly. We will be back.
Fantastic Dinner at Nantuckets
We had a super nice dinner at Nantucket's in Fenwick Island. We called ahead for a reservation, then showed up a bit early, and were seated right away. Our server, Ana, was lovely; warm and attentive, really made us feel welcome.
The bar is gorgeous, with Tiffany lamps and cozy wood paneling. Even though it was busy, it felt relaxed and welcoming. If you get there before 6, you can catch happy hour and grab a great seat—definitely worth it for a top-notch martini, craft beer, or cosmo.
We started with a French Sauvignon Blanc and a Brooklyn Brewery beer, then shared the scallops and grits appetizer—amazing flavor with just a little kick. For mains, we had the duck with garlic mashed potatoes (get it medium—it’s perfect!) and the lobster shepherd’s pie. Both were generous portions and delicious!
We wrapped things up with a peach and blueberry crumble, limoncello sorbet, and coffee. Everything from start to finish was spot on.
If you go, ask for Ana—she’s awesome. Highly recommend this spot!

Dinner at the bar. Good service and food. Air conditioning vent dripped water (condensate), not good.

I found it completely absurd that my husband and I were charged a $5 fee to share a salad particularly when we both got entrees that were close to $50 each. Our beet and arugula salad barely had any beets in it which was very disappointing. The steaks were subpar.
