Used to love this place prior to the pandemic. A little pricey but worth the price. Great friendly service. Since the pandemic it's not the same. Prices went up quite a bit, like every place else, but quality is way down. The first time back after the pandemic the service was slow, uncaring, very rude (both hostess and server) like they hated their jobs and could care less about their customers. Went back a second time this June when a friend was in town. A little bit friendlier, but very slow and the meal was hardly worth the price. Seriously could have made it better at home. No longer on my list of restaurants for a special dinner.

I have lived in Delaware for 78 years and never heard of this place. We went to Virginia restaurant on eastern shore for great seafood. They closed their doors during the pandemic. Our friends have been looking on line for local restaurants that serve seafood we like. Checked your restaurant out the first part of August. Food is delicious. Our compliments to the chef. Staff very friendly and service was excellent. Restaurant very clean and view is breathtaking. Telling everyone we know. Taking my sister and brother-in-law August 17 2023 for lunch.

The food was Okay WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IT! When we.came in they were not very busy. Our waitress, Page, came over and took our drink order which took 15 minutes to fill and three different trips to correct. After that, we ordered appetizers which were also ok but took a while to fill. By then the place was filling up and getting busy. She came back and took the dishes and left without taking our dinner order. About 10 minutes later she came by and we had to stop her to take our orders. The six tables who came in after us had all gotten their orders BEFORE WE DID and five of them finished and left. We had to finally track down our waitress to find out the status of our meals. It took ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES before part of the meals came to the table and another took an additional 10 minutes for the final meal to get to the table. Contacted the manager and all she did was try to justify the poor service and never offered any offset for their failure to do their jobs. She actually acted like she didn't want to be bothered.

We sat on the deck food was amazing waitress was super awesome. We thought we’d go to the inside bar for one more drink. Sat there for over 15 minutes while everyone was being served we were totally ignored. The only thing we can think of is my husband asked a guy sitting at the bar if he know the score of the Philly’s game and he said I’m an anti Philly sports fan my husband’s response was bad company we were denied drinks not words but by ignorance. If he was an employee of the bar it was very unprofessional
Flies abounded! Wife went for the King Crab legs. $70. The legs were not pre cracked and were too soft to crack with the supplied cracker. There was a serrated plastic knife which was also ineffective. I didn't get to eat my dinner to assist my wife in opening her crab legs. What a mess, had to ask someone for extra napkins as our waitress was not around. No wet wipes were supplied with the meal and there was no soap in the ladies bathroom. When the waitress brought the check, $144 for two drinks and dinner for two. I asked to speak with the manager. It turns out our waitress (Lilly I believe) said that she was the manager. When I explained how we felt she stated a couple of times - "there is nothing I can do". We did not ask for an adjustment but to be told that there was nothing she could do -Hard to believe! I would never hold back a tip from a waitress for a bad meal or experience but since she was the manager, not available half the time and said "There is nothing I can do". ZERO TIP! Avoid this place at all costs!

We got great service. The staff was nice and attentive. It was too chilly to eat outside but still had beautiful views through all the windows. The strawberry pie was amazing.

Very nice outdoor restaurant. Service was excellent with Tyler. Food was so good. Crab cakes are full of crab, Chile shimp.were large and spicy but awesome. Fish and chips were also very tasty. Can’t wait to return.

Super rude find a more friendly establishment. Seems like kids running the place. Walked in asked if we could sit off the deck under umbrella with leashed dog. They said sure just order take outs! Great we made selections went back to same hostess she said never mind can’t serve you and we decided not to do take outs today?!?!? Lol ok so wasted 20 minutes, she could have taken the 20 steps where we were readin the menu she gave us and politely said she made a mistake or changed her mind!!!! Had she told us this we would have said thank you and left. This was Likely for the best. Menu was pricey looking at it. And the place had 2 people on their deck drinking beers and a dozen cars. So they were not too busy. Even if the food is good the rudeness, lack of knowledge and lack of smiles and professionalism makes it a place where you do not feel welcome. Look at the recent reviews. Seems rude is a complaint used by others as well. Shame on you.
