A razor blade in my pizza is complete negligence by Caruso's Pizza. Thankfully no one ended up in the hospital or dead. Failure to refund my credit card after 14 days is also theft.
I placed an order for delivery on Valentine's Day and found a box cutter razor blade in the pizza. I immediately called the owner to get a refund and to come pick up the food. I ordered a meatball Stromboli, garlic bread and 3 pieces of tiramisu....AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, the driver REDELIVERS a meatball stromboli that they attempted to deliver to a wrong address. The bag kept it warmISH but the cheese had resolidified....the garlic bread didn't share the same fate.... cold and hard, it was inedible...and the 3 pieces of tiramisu are nowhere to be found!
