I got 2 slices of cheese and let me tell ya… some of the best pizza I’ve had in DE. I’ve been spoiled though because I’m use to pizza from Angelo’s in south Philly or from Patsys or Spumoni Gardens in NYC. Carusos kinda surprised me to tell ya the truth. I’ll most definitely return. Salute !
Pizza was really good and the staff was helpful and kind. We called and ordered before arriving and the pizza was brought to us immediately after we got seated. I definitely recommend.
We have been using Carusos since we moved here. We always come back because they are Georgetowns best
THis is the most horrible pizza place I have ever been too. we wanted to at the pizza place in Frederica but it is closed on sunday so I looked up other pizza places and this came highly rated. Well as I walked in my body and mind kept telling me to eat at the mexican restaurant across the street. Sadly I did not listen. THe service was hateful rude, the pizza was a blob on cheese not even spread out evenly and the crust tasted like a stale soda cracker.THey offered no silverware or anything. Just plopped the pizza down and walked away. I guess if this is the best I feel sorry for Georgetown. Horrible 100%. One of the people working there had a baby in the back becasue I could hear it crying
The daily pizza special is worth the trip for lunch if you are nearby. It was $6 for two large slices and a drink. When I went, the drink machine had no syrup in the lemonade, and the coke tasted off, but otherwise, it was good pizza for the price.
A razor blade in my pizza is complete negligence by Caruso's Pizza. Thankfully no one ended up in the hospital or dead. Failure to refund my credit card after 14 days is also theft. I placed an order for delivery on Valentine's Day and found a box cutter razor blade in the pizza. I immediately called the owner to get a refund and to come pick up the food. I called the next day to verify they refunded my credit card $70.96 and they assured me they did. Now, 14 days later, the charge is still on my credit card.

Took over a hour to get my food and it was cold
Been trying pizza across Sussex county for a few years now. First time ordering from here and I have to say - this is the closest to a NY slice you will find. This is my new go-to place!!
Great food...very cool location

Genuinely awful, the dough was flabby and felt undercooked, the cheese was falling off, the only positive thing to say is that the pineapple was alright, but I don't think you can mess up pineapple. Overall an awful experience, 0/10 every other local place is leagues ahead

I've been there twice in my life, and they were both recently. My new roommate took me there for lunch and got us both a slice of cheese pizza and a drink. The pizza here is absolutely delicious!!! Top 5, hands down, like for real!!!!! I gave the service only 3 stars because I took my roommate there last night so we could each get 2 slices and a drink. Except, they didn't have any plain cheese pizzas made, though. ? They told me I had to choose from one of the 3, very sad looking pizzas, that were already made. And neither myself, nor my roommate wanted any of that! So I left. Before I pulled out, she asked me how come I didn't ask them to make it fresh for us? But I knew that when the man behind the counter told me, "No cheese slices. You have to choose from 1 of these 3 pies that are already made." There was zero chance at that pizza getting made for us. Sadly, we never did get to eat pizza last night.
