Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

If could give a zero I would. After sitting in drive thru for 20mins and nothing being handed out the window to the cars in front myself and other car left. Very poor service how do you stay open. Must be a Georgetown thing cause even taco bell/kfc is just as bad.

Food was good. 3 items on posted drive thru board and signs in drive thru were no longer available. Not sure why the were still on the menu and posted. Then no lids for the blizzards they said they were out. Asked for ketchup and never got it. Person taking the order had to keep asking other person if they had whatever we asked for. Looked like a circus in there. I had no confidence my order would be right. Hopefully one day this place will be able to stay open. Plus lobby is always closed what is the pin of having a lobby.

Absolutely awful. Every time we come to this Dairy Queen the order is WRONG. This time they remade a small blizzard three times and it was wrong every time! Train your staff.

Today, Monday at 11 am, lobby is closed. They don’t care. Go elsewhere; Millsboro and Seaford are good locations.

Lobby is never open. Trash cans outside are overflowing with trash. Ordered ice cream and the Blizzards that were available and they got the order wrong. Stay away from this place.

It's dairy Queen for goodness sake. Sometimes service is slow in the summer maybe not enough help.

The kids meal banana wasn’t ripe and the hot dog was hard. Both adult meals we ordered were average. Air conditioning wasn’t working which made eating inside uncomfortable. The bathroom soap was so watery half of it ran out of my hand immediately after pumping it. The staff was great and went above and beyond to help us out when we needed a knife to cut up the kids meal.

Website says open at 10 am and it's 10:06 am and they are NOT open!! No lights to even indicate that are about to open. No cars in parking lot so clearly not going to open up soon. I hate websites that the information is so wrong!! Very disappointed and doesn't look good on this management.

Stopped in for a late lunch. It was very clean, service was prompt and the staff were lovely. Can't beat 7 bucks for cheeseburger fries, drink and a sundae either!

This location is prime real estate for beach traffic. Yet today I side seating and service was closed. Service is slow.

Despite all the bad reviews. It's a very clean and positive environment. Food was fresh and great! Icecream wad very good. I give them employees all the credit. Keep up the good work
